RESUMEN

Objective To observe the change of expression of neuroligin1 (NL1) in injured spinal cord in rats. Methods A total of 60 adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and experi-ment group (n=30), and both groups were further arranged into three days, seven days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days subgroups. The control group accepted T9-11 laminectomy, while the experiment group was injured at T10 spi-nal cord hit by Allen's technique (10 g×25 mm). They were assessed with Basso, Beattie & Bresnahan locomotor rating scale (BBB scale), in their time-points, while Golgi-Cox staining was used to observe the variation of den-drites and density of dendritic spine in the white matter located at upper end of spinal cord injured center, and im-munofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of NL1. Results The score of BBB scale reduced in the experiment group compared with that in the control group in every sub-group (P<0.001). Compared to the control group, both dendrites and density of dendritic spine in the white mat-ter decreased with time after injury (P<0.001), while the level of NL1 increased three days after injury, peaked on the 14th day after injury (P<0.05). Conclusion NL1 increases spontaneously after spinal cord injury, but it is not enough to promote synaptic regeneration.

RESUMEN

"Dida" is one of the most representative commonly used Tibetan medicines in treatment of hepatobilaiary diseases. To analyze and compare the content of 7 effective constituents in 11 species which are used as Dida. Integrated evaluation of them, which supply a basis for the resources exploitation for them. In this paper, most appropriate absorption wavelengths of different natural iridoid compounds, xanthones and oleanolic acid have been performed by using 3D spectrum technique. According to the results, the wavelength 210, 240 and 265 nm were used for detection of 7 effective constituents. By means of calculation, determination of 7 effective constituents indicated good linearity over the linear range with coefficients (r) of 0.999 9 respectively. The recoveries were found in the average range of 99% to 101% with RSD being less than 3%. Normalize and integrate by three-dimension the data. Get their integrated chemical quality index(ICQI). Results suggested that these plants used as Dida in Tibet medicine mostly contain these 7 effective constituents, but the different is notable. The integrated evaluation by the integrated chemical quality index (ICQI) has reference value for quality control.

RESUMEN

Objective To find a way to measure and count plane distribution of cells distributed on single layer and compare differences of undifferentiated mesenchymal cells of periosteum germinal layer from different parts of the body.Methods After counting the number of undifferentiated mesenchymal cells of periosteum germinal layer from different parts of the body microscopically and figuring out the number of cells per area unit in each periosteum specimen,the obtained data were statistically analyzed and the stratum structure of periosteum observed microscopically.Results The homogeneity of variance test showed homoscedasticity,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The analysis of variance found homoscedasticity but showed no statistical significance(F=0.253,P>0.05).The periosteum of patel- la,tibial plateau and costa had two layers,while the periosteum of costal cartilage had three layers. Conclusions There is no conspicuous difference upon proliferation and evoluting activities of periosteum from different parts of body.Therefore,it is unnecessary to choose specific parts for drawing the periote- um in clinical situation.In the meantime,the structure of periosteum from different parts diversifies.
