RESUMEN

Objective To explore the difference of sleep quality and the influencing factors in ketamine dependent subjects and methamphetamine dependent subjects. Methods 60 ketamine dependent subjects and 60 methamphetamine dependent subjects with Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were tested. Results Methamphetamine dependent subjects was significantly more likely to elicit poor sleep quality than ketamine dependent subjects (P =0.022).The sleep quality of ketamine dependent subjects had a positive correlation with anxiety(P =0.015),depression(P =0.038),the onset age (P =0.029),and the dose of ketamine use in the last three months (P =0.048),while the sleep quality of methamphetamine dependent subjects had a positive correlation with the total time of ketamine use (P =0.038),anxiety (P =0.041),the dose of ketamine use in the last three months (P =0.011).Conclusion Methamphetamine dependent subjects are prone to a more serious poor sleep quality than ketamine dependent subjects.

RESUMEN

@#Objective To investigate the effect of long leg orthosis on lower limb function rehabilitation of hemiplegics.Methods38 patients with severe hemiplegia were randomized into the orthosis group(21 cases)and control group(17 cases). All patients were received rehabilitation training, but the patients in the orthosis group wearing long leg orthosis while training. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer scale for lower limb,Berg Balance Scale,Holden functional walking scale,Modified Barthel Index before and 1 month after training.ResultsThe scores of Berg Balance Scale,Holden Functional Walking Scale and Modified Barthel Index in the orthosis group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01)1 month after training, whereas no significant difference was found in score of Fugl-Mayer Assessment(P>0.05).ConclusionIt's better for those patients with severe hemiplegia wearing long leg orthosis while training.

RESUMEN

@#Objective:To investigate the relationship between stroke and nocturnal sleep apnea syndrome.Method:Some sleep physiological markers of the subjects were observed and analyzed by polysomnography(PSG).Result:OSA and OSH are chief types of sleep respiratory disturbance.AHI and hypoxia time are significantly higher(P<0.01)and nocturnal SaO2 significantly lower(P<0.01)than those in control group.Nocturnal blood pressure curve presented non-Dipper.Conclusion:Stroke is correlated with SAS closely.SAS is one of risk factors in stroke occurance.
