RESUMEN

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of interleukin-2 plus cisplatin for treating ma-lignant pleural effusion(MPE)to provide a basis for clinical treatment strategy.Methods CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pubmed, Embase,Cochrane library clinical trial registration database were systematically retrieved.The randomized controlled trial(RCT) quality assessment criteria of Cochrane collaboration network was adopted for including the study quality.The data were extracted by meta analysis.Results (1)Thirty-four RCT involving 2 037 MPE patients were included,the quality of included RCT was ordi-nary;(2)compared with simple cisplatin,the merged RR values and their 95%CI of meta-analysis for ORR,fever,were 1.45 (1.36-1.54),2.37 (1.53 -3.66),respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion This study indicates that IL-2 plus cisplatin can significantly improve the clinical curative effect in the pa-tients with MPE,but has the adverse reactions of fever,etc.and the quality of included RCT is general.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the characteristics and the clinical application of MR perfusion weighted imaging(PWI)in the normal kidneys and the renal diseases.Methods Thirty-one subjects including 9 cases without urinary diseases,14 cases with renal carcinoma,6 cases with renal cyst and 2 cases witll renal tuberculosis who had been examined with T1WI,T2WI and PWI were analyzed retrospectively.All the data were processed by a workstation to obtain time-signal intensity curves,color perfusion maps and relative perfusion value.The relative renal blood volume(RBV),relative renal blood flow(RBF),mean transition time(MTT)and the time to peak(TTP)in the normal renal cortex and medulla and the renal lesions were calculated.Comparisons between the right and the left normal kidneys,and between the cortex and the medulla of the normal kidneys were performed using t test,and comparisons between the normal and the abnormal kidneys were performed using q test.Results Relative RBV and relative RBF of the cortex were 1.33±0.08 and 1.44±0.09 respectively,and for medulla were 0.58±0.05 and 0.78±0.13 respectively(t=9.2241 and 5.0336,P<0.01);MTT(1.11±0.08)and TTP (1.04±0.06)of the cortex has no difference with that of the medulla(0.97±0.04 and 0.94±0.03)in the normal kidneys(t=2.2551 and 2.2613.P>0.05).The values of relative RBF of the renal carcinoma (1.35±0.34)were significantly higher than that of the normal tissues(1.02±0.06)(q=3.0882,P<0.01).Conclusion PWI is able to demonstrate the hemodynamic change of the normal renal tissues and the renal lesions,and it maybe an ideal method for showing the functional changes of the kidney and for differentiating the renal diseases.

RESUMEN

Objective:To establish the technique for real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)by DNA melting curve analysis for detecting the CDR3 shewing of TCR alpha gene repertoire in human peripheral blood.Methods:Total RNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)from 4 healthy donors and 2 patients with lymphomatous leukemia were transcripted reversely into cDNA.The cDNA of 32 TRAV gene family CDR3 was amplified by FQ-PCR.Analysis of the monoclonal/oligoclonal/polyclonal CDR3 spectratyping with DNA melting curve.Results:The FQ-PCR products of 32 TRAV family CDR3 were showedas a blur land at the predicted of products size in healthy donors and parts of TRAV family CDR3 products disappeared in patients on 1.5% agarose gel by Gold-View staining.The 32 TRAV family CDR3 were showed with different frequencies by relative fluorescence quantitative in healthy donors and the patients.The CDR3 spetratyping for 32 TRAV families was showed as polyclonal peak(Gaussian distribution)in healthy donors but showed as different monoclonal/oligoclonal/polyclonal peak in the patients with lymphomatous leukemia with DNA melting curve analysis(we called "melting curve spectratyping of CDR3")Conclusion:The study suggests that the technique of "FQ-PCR with DNA melting curve analysis be convenience and celerity for detecting the CDR3 skewing of TCR alpha gene repertoire in human peripheral blood.
