RESUMEN

Compounds(1-6) were isolated and identified from 90% ethanol extract of the stems and leaves of Cassia occidentalis through column chromatography with silica gel, ODS, and Sephadex LH-20. These compounds were identified as 7-hydroxy-5-(3-hydroxy-2-oxopropyl)-2-methyl-4H-chromen-4-one(1), saccharonol A(2), S-6-hydroxymullein(3), 2-methyl-5-acetonyl-7-hydroxy-chromone(4), 2-(2'-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyl-7-hydroxychromone(5) and 7,4'-dihydroxyflavone(6) based on their physicochemical and spectroscopic data. Among them, compound 1 was a new compound, and all the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. DPPH method was employed to determine the antioxidant activities of these compounds in vitro. Six compounds exhibited weak antioxidant activities.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the impact of the regional cooperative chest pain center (CPC) on therapeutic time and short term outcome after primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of patients with ST segment elevated myocardial infarction. Methods 372 patients with ST segment elevated myocardial infarction were enrolled in the study who had received were operated primary PCI 18 months before and after the regional cooperative CPC was set up.There were 156 patients in the green channel group before the setup of CPC and 216 patients in the CPC group.Total ischemia time, first medical contact (FMC) time,FML-to-balloon (FMC2B) time,door-to-balloon (D2B) time, hospital mortality rates, cardiac failure rates on the next day after PCI,length of CCU stays and hospital stays were compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the green channel group, total ischemia time[(281.0±102.7)min vs.(365.2±115.6)min,P<0.05],FMC time [(174.3±97.5) min vs.(225.4±104.6) min,P<0.05],FMC2B time [(106.7±61.2) min vs.(139.8±75.7) min,P<0.05] and D2B time [(75.2±45.4) min vs.(102.4±53.7) min,P<0.05] of the CPC group were significant shorter. The rates of reaching the standard of FMC2B time (70.83% vs.34.62%,P<0.001) and D2B time (75.93% vs.40.38%,P<0.001)were significantly higher in the CPC group.Cardiac failure rates on the next day after PCI was lower in the CPC group (14.35% vs.23.72%,P=0.021),and CCU stays was shorter [(64.3±13.72)h vs.(92.6±15.65)h,P=0.043].Conclusions Establishment of a standardized regional cooperative CPC requires combination and consideration of the characteristics of local resources FMC2B time and D2B time of STEMI patients can be shorten by a standardized CPC lending to further shortening of total ischemia time and improvement in cardiac function.

RESUMEN

Four casssane diterpenes were isolated from the ethanol extract of the seeds of Caesalpinia decapetala (Fabaceae), with a combination of various chromatographic approaches, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, reverse phase C18 and so on. On the basis of spectroscopic data analysis, they were identified as caesalpinin MQ (1), neocaesalpin N (2), caesalmin F (3) and α-caesalpin (4). Among them, compound 1 is a new diterpene, compounds 2-4 were isolated for the first time from the plant of C. decapetala.

RESUMEN

Nitric oxide (NO), which is involved in the regulation of the cardiovascular system, nervous system, immune system, reproductive system, digestive system and other physiological activities, is an important biological substance with activity. Under normal physiological conditions, neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) can precisely regulate the nervous system NO production, release, diffusion and inactivation processes. But an excess of NO associates with the development of cerebral ischemia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's psychosis nervous system diseases, while inhibition of nNOS activity can regulate the content of NO in vivo, and produce a therapeutic effect on some of the nervous system diseases. This review mainly describes the structure and regulation of nNOS and recent developments of small molecule inhibitors of nNOS.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVETo compare the actions of the three flavone ingredients in choerospondias axillaris on arrhythmias Induced by aconitine.

METHODLangendorff perfuse was applied in the experiment, the antiarrhythmic action was to study by using aconitine on the the isolated heart; The antiarrhythmic action of the three flavone ingredients in choerospondias axillaris was to study by using i.v. aconitine in rat to induce arrhythmias.

RESULTCompared with the NS group, sample 1 and sample 2 both significantly prolonged the beginning time of VF of isolated heart and increased the dosage of aconitine, sample 3 reduced the beginning time of VF of isolated heart and decreased the dosage of aconitine, sample 1 and sample 2 both greatly prolonged the beginning time of VE, VT, VF, HA; sample 3 greatly reduced the beginning time of VT,VF. The actions of the three samples were in a concentration-dependent way.

CONCLUSIONSample 1 and sample 2 both resisted the occurrence of arrhythmias induced by aconitine, sample 3 markedly promoted the occurrence of arrhythmias induced by aconitine.
