RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of daily living activity training on the self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy were equally divided into control group and observation group. The former group were managed with rehabilitative therapy and the latter were given ADL training consecutively for 6 months apart from rehabilitative therapy.The two groups were compared in terms of score on ADL after 6 months treatment.Results There was no difference in the score on activities of daily living between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05),but the score after treatment in the obsertation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The ADL training is effective for improving the self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy and promoting the rehabilitation of children.

RESUMEN

Aiming at the problems and deficiencies of traditional experiment teaching of biomedical engineering, this paper explores a series of reforms to the original teaching mode and states clearly the direction of experimental teaching reform and the specific content, outstanding interdisciplinary subject. In the teaching reform, in order to cultivate students' basic skills and the ability to analyze and to solve the problem, in order to improve the overall quality of students and to cultivate high-level innovative talents as the ultimate goal, this article discusses the main content of the reform of the biomedical engineering from the teaching methods, teaching material construction, teaching contents, lab management, diversified evaluation methods. The experimental teaching reform fully arouses the enthusiasm of the students' learning, and enhances the students' ability of practice and innovation, and improves the intersection between different disciplines, and has obtained the good teaching effect.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the effect of health management on compliance and complication in postpartum reexamination.Methods According to the admission time, 2,217 parturients were assigned into control group and another 2,216 into experiment group.The latter was managed with health management including establishment of health records, telephone follow-up and follow-up by visits and the former received routine nursing care.The two groups were compared in respect of maternal postpartum reexamination and health status.Result The compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health management can improve postpartum compliance in reexamination and reduce postpartum complications.
