RESUMEN
Teachingsupervision plays roles in the process ofteachingwith its features ofmanagement,reference,control,demonstration,feedback and integrity,and is considered as an important measurement of quality control in the teaching in higher institutions.In this study,the progression of organization of teaching supervision in higher institutions was addressed in several facets including its characteristics,function,pattern,working mechanisms and content.And it is also explored how to elevate quality and efficiency in the teaching of organization of teaching supervision.
