Molecular cloning is one of the most important and widely used technologies in molecular biology research. Generally, the target DNA fragment and the vector are separately digested by restriction enzyme, then purified and recovered, and then ligated with DNA-ligase. For some very short gene fragments (<300 bp), the recovery efficiency of the purified fragment is very low after digestion and cleavage, leading to the difficulty in its inserting into the expression vector. To address this issue, we developed a cloning method based on restoration of antibiotic resistance in constructing recombinant plasmid, which proved highly efficient in cloning very short gene fragments.

[Objective] To synthesize an amino acid coordinately compounds-Ferrous Glycine Sulfate(FeGly2) using Fe2+ as central iron and study the effect of blood enrichment.[Method]To synthesize the chelate iron using glycin and Fe2+ and measure the constructor of Ferrous Glycine Sulfate by IR spectrum and atomic absorption spectroscopy.To observe the blood enrichment effect of FeGly2 by rat anemia model.[Result] After separately treatment with 200 mg/kg FeGly2 and 300 mg/kg FeSO4 by intragastric administration,the haemoglobin in blood of hypoferric anemia rat increased obviously(P
RESUMEN
Alcoholic (70%) extract of Pinellia ternate, Arisaeme yunnanense and Typhonium flagelliforme were analysed by UY-spectrometry. Results showed that each of them had its own characteristics spectrum and was repcatable. This provides a method for the identification of three kinds of drug.It was discovered that the wavelength of maximum absorbance showed aggreement,when P.ternata from different origin were analysed by UV-spectrometry.
