RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the medical equipment operation data of 44 clinical departments in the hospital from three aspects: materials and consumables, operation and maintenance depreciation, and operation management.@*METHODS@#To formulate the evaluation standards and scoring criteria for the operation indicators, the lowest score is 0 points, and the highest score is 5 points. Based on the operation indicators of medical equipment, establish a hierarchical structure model, determine the criterion layer and sub-criteria layer, construct a judgment matrix, normalize it, and calculate the weight coefficient.@*RESULTS@#Count equipment operation data in 2021 and 2022. Score according to the assessment standards, assign weights through the analytic hierarchy process, calculate the total score and sort, and making a special analysis on the top 10 departments and departments with a score below 4 points, and formulate a rectification plan.@*CONCLUSIONS@#The establishment of index assessment standards and the weight distribution of AHP can effectively enhance the control of equipment operating costs.

RESUMEN

Internet of Things plays a vital role in the field of healthcare. Smart medical devices, innovative sensors and lightweight communication protocols are making the Internet of Medical Things possible. This paper summarizes the research progress of Internet of Things technology in medical engineering from two aspects of health monitoring system and ingestible sensor monitoring equipment. The health monitoring system is analyzed from heart disease monitoring, diabetes monitoring and brain nerve monitoring. The medical equipment that can absorb sensors is represented by capsule endoscope. This paper further summarizes the relevant situation of smart hospital, and finally discusses the challenges and countermeasures of the Internet of Things technology in medical engineering, in order to lay the foundation and provide ideas for the research of the Internet of Things technology in medical engineering.

RESUMEN

Maintenance and quality control management of large medical equipment is 3-level qualitative index for performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals, which affects their medical quality directly. Since 2015, Shanghai Medical Equipment and Device Management Quality Control Center and other government organizations have gradually established and improved the quality evaluation index system of large medical equipment maintenance in combination with China′s performance testing standards for large medical equipments and the technical requirements of various manufacturers, and putted the system into application. In 2018, the Quality Control Center further optimized the quality evaluation index system of large medical equipment maintenance by improving the maintenance sheet and service report of large medical equipments, using the " internet+ mobile terminal" to dynamically collect core data of equipment′s full cycle maintenance. This practice has established a regional database of large-scale medical equipment maintenance, building a comprehensive quantitative evaluation indexes. The maintenance quality evaluation scores of mainstream manufacturers of large medical equipments in Shanghai maintained an overall rising trend year by year, and the annual inspection compliance rate of CT and MRI maintenance quality has continued to increase from 2015 to 2021. This evaluation system enables the hospital management departments to supervise the manufacturers to complete their maintenance work at a high quality, ensure the safe operation of large medical equipments, and provide data reference and technical support for the qualitative evaluation of the maintenance quality of medium and large medical equipments in the " national examination" .

RESUMEN

Aiming at the current situation of medical equipment management, Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine explored the application of 5G+ Internet of Things and digital twin technology in the intelligent management of medical equipment. Through the intelligent perception terminal, the hospital realized the dynamic acquisition of real data such as the use location, use process and use efficiency of medical equipment, and conducted digital, networked and intelligent monitoring and analysis. At the same time, applications such as medical equipment dynamic management software, medical equipment real-time positioning software, and space environment quality monitoring software were developed. It realized automatic, intelligent and visual management of medical equipment configuration, operation and performance evaluation, achieved fine management based on digital twins, and improved the efficiency of collaborative management of operational resource support.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE@#To determine the nature and origin of aberrant chromosomes in a child with multiple anomalies and psychomotor retardation.@*METHODS@#Routine G-banding was carried out to analyze the karyotypes of the patient and his parents, and next generation sequencing for copy number variations (CNV-seq) was used for the fine mapping of the aberrant chromosomal regions.@*RESULTS@#The proband and his uncle exhibited psychomotor retardation, craniofacial malformation, infantile external genitalia, and concealed penis. Cytogenetic analysis indicated that the child has a 46,XYqh+,+(9),t(9;13)(q13;q12),pat,-13 karyotype. His uncle was XYqh+,+(9),t(9;13)(q13;q12)mat,-13, his father was 46,XYqh+,t(9;13)(q13;q12)mat, his grandmother was 46,XX,t(9;13)(q13;q12), and his grandfather was 46,XYqh+. The result of CNV-seq assay for the child was 46,XY,+9p(pter-p13.2,-40 Mb×3). No deletion was detected.@*CONCLUSION@#The partial trisomy 9 and partial monosomy 13 probably underlie the phenotypic abnormalities in the child. Combined chromosomal karyotyping and DNA sequencing can facilitate delineation of the nature and origin of the aberrant chromosomes.

RESUMEN

Objective To summarize the reasons of bleeding complications and the prevention methods in stenting for intracranial arterial stenosis. Methods The clinical data of 366 patients underwent stent-assistant angioplasty of intracranial artery stenosis from July 2006 to December 2011were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,14 patients with bleeding complications were found. The initial 100 patients were categorized as early stage group and the rest as mature stage group. The reasons of bleeding and the methods for preventing this complication were summarized. Results The overall incidence of bleeding complication was 3.8% (14/366).In the early stage group and mature stage group, the rates was 10%(10/100) and 1.5% (4/266).Six cases were related to the operational manipulation and 8 cases secondary to hyperperfusion injury.Death was found in 6 patients, severe disability in 3,mild paralysis in 2,and no neurological deficits in 3.Conclusions The bleeding complications in stent-assisted angioplasty of intracranial artery stenosis have a high disability and mortality. The improvement of operative techniques and the more strict indications decrease the bleeding complications rate effectively.
