RESUMEN

Objective:To evaluate the influence of wearable devices on rehabilitation effect of patients after knee arthroplasty by using Meta-analysis method. Methods:Computer retrieval was performed on China National Knowledge internet(CNKI),Wanfang database,China science and technology journal database(VIP),PubMed and Cochrane Library databases to search the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of applying wearable devices in the rehabilitation management of patients after knee arthroplasty during the period between March 2010 and July 2022.Two researchers independently screened literatures, evaluated quality and extracted documents according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in this research. The Stata12.2 software was used to conduct Meta-analysis on the qualified literature. The Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee function score, knee range of motion(ROM),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC)score,Timed Up and Go Test(TUGT)assessment, postoperative steps and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score were selected as outcome indicators. Results:A total of 8 literatures were included finally in the meta-analysis.The 8 studies of 8 literatures involved 718 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty,of which included 359 cases who adopted wearable devices to conduct rehabilitation intervention after surgery in the observation group and 359 cases who adopted routine discharge rehabilitation guidance in the control group.Compared with the control group, the postoperative rehabilitation intervention with wearable device of observation group could improve ROM score(SMD=0.64,95%CI:0.13~1.15,P<0.05),TUGT score(SMD=-0.39,95%CI:-0.75~-0.03,P<0.05),WOMAC score(SMD=1.37,95%CI:0.92-1.82,P<0.05)and postoperative steps(SMD=0.56,95%CI:0.13~0.98,P<0.05).However,the differences of HSS score(SMD=0.22,95%CI:-0.64~1.07,P>0.05)and VAS score(SMD=0.18,95%CI:-1.10~0.75,P>0.05)between two groups were not significant. Conclusion:The application of wearable devices in rehabilitation of postoperative patients who undergo knee arthroplasty can significantly improve the ROM,TUGT assessment,WOMAC score and the postoperative steps of patients, and can improve the knee joint function of patients, and can promote the rehabilitation of knee function of patients after knee arthroplasty.

RESUMEN

Post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) has been drawing great attention clinically because of its tight connections with sports medicine and complicated pathogenesis as well as difficulties to heal.Chondrocyte is the only cell type in articular cartilage, and it plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of PTOA.Recent years, researchers mostly focus on the mechanisms, signaling and potential targets to treat osteoarthritis.Combined effects of biomechanics and the imbalance between pro-inflammation and anti-inflammation induce the PTOA eventually. This review would make a summary of the pathogenesis based on the research progress of mechanical alterationactivated chondrocytes-mediated PTOA.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the in vitro anti-Coxsackievirus B3m (CVB3m) effect of sophocarpine(SC) extracted from Sophora flavescens, a traditional Chinese herb. Methods HeLa cells were cultured and the micro-dose cytopathic effect (CPE) assays were applied to detect the toxicity of SC. CPE-inhibitory assays were used to observe the in vitro anti-CVB3m effect of SC. MTT and crystal assays were introduced to examine the anti-CVB3m effect of SC. HeLa cells were infected with CVB3m and added with SC in different concentrations 15 h later. The viability and number of survival of HeLa cells were determined by MTT and crystal violet assays, respectively. Results No toxicity was found on HeLa cells by SC with concentrations 100 ?g/mL, SC could accelerate and aggravate the CPE. SC could protect the CVB3m-infected HeLa cells with concentrations from 1.56 to 25 ?g/mL, and the viability and cell number measured by MTT and crystal violet assay in the SC-handled cells were higher and bigger than those in the virus infected ones. However, the inhibitory effect of virus was exacerbated with higher concentrations (50 and 100 ?g/mL), and the cell number and viability of the SC-handled cells were smaller and lower than those of the infected ones. Conclusion SC with a proper concentration has the in vitro anti-CVB3m effect and may protect HeLa cells from CVB3m infection.

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the current status of treatment and prophylaxis of ischemic stroke associated with atrial fibrillation(AF),and to assess the opportunities for improvement. Methods Ninty-seven consecutive patients with acute ischemic stroke and AF were evaluated and compared with 173 acute ischemic stroke patients without AF.Medical records were reviewed using a pre-defined questionnaire developed from the guidelines.Functional outcome was measured according to modified Rankin scale. Results The patients with stroke and AF was older than the control group(years vs years,P

RESUMEN

A processing method to enhance thrombolytic effect of Carthamus tinctorius using a fermentation technology with bacillus sp. C2-13 was investigated. The fibrinolysis and anticoagulation activity of thrombolytic extracts from an optimized fermentation process was studied using a carrageenan induced mice model. The fermented extracts resulted in significantly better thrombolytic activity, suggesting that the process was promising for use in the study and preparation of nature medicines.
