RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo review the development history of research on people with disabilities, summarize the patterns, characteristics and deficiencies in this discipline, and make suggestions for discipline development in the future. MethodsThe literature about disability from 1986 to 2018 were searched and retrieved on the CNKI. Valid literature were selected based on the title and abstract. Descriptive analyses were used to analyze the development of research on people with disabilities in China. VOSviewer was used to explore the cooperation among researchers and research hotspots in this field. ResultsA total of 2 267 papers were included. Researches on people with disabilities in China started in 1986 and then experienced rapid development driven by survey data, showing obvious stage characteristics. The foundation of academic cooperation networks has been formed initially, showing the comprehensive development of multiple themes. However, in the new stage, the lack of follow-up support for research infrastructure conditions, as well as the slow innovation of research theories and expansion of research contents may become key factors hindering the further development of the discipline. ConclusionThe research foundation should be consolidated in the future, including broadening cooperation and communication channels, strengthening disability statistics, and promoting cross-disciplinary research. Theoretical research should be strengthened by standardizing research methods and finding internalized theoretical innovation points combining the national conditions. Finally, research content should be enriched, especially by closely combining the current changes in the needs of people with disabilities and strengthening the research on disability prevention and control, health promotion, social integration, and social management of the people with disabilities.

The path by which physical education became a science is the subject of the present essay. The reasoning adopted followed a choice was made to employ a fictional language in which the central figure is the Kinesiologos, a divine entity occupied in unveiling his principal creation: the moving human being. The notion of myth was used to show, as a counterpoint to a rational and academic language, that Kinesiology leads to the fragmentation of knowledge and making the academic field distant from what matters to Physical Education.

Accelerated rhythm of knowledge and its expiration made higher education institutions must to achieve a appropriate integration among academic disciplines of its curricula, mainly in those curricula of disciplinary conception, however, most subjects address an excessive volume of contents without influence of a appropriate contribution of professional profile, thus, aim of this paper was to assess how to achieve integration of disciplinary contents. Medicine career has a disciplinary design and the system approach allows to understand role of discipline and its horizontal and vertical integration, determining role of subject in its essential features by discipline and corresponding year, and only it is possible to obtain a curricular and clear conception if there is the knowledge of general idea, years, and disciplines of the career. It was mentioned the way to produce integrations in these senses, and examples were presented, besides to offer options for discipline level, design of teaching and integrating tasks, introductions of professional problems where health-disease problem be discussed from its different disciplinary perspectives, performing of student researches where some sciences be overlapped, as well as development of methodological work favoring staff training.

RESUMEN

The paper gives a comprehensive account of the evolution of the academic discipline of hospital administration and the training level as well as requirements of the discipline both at home and abroad. It puts forward the suggestion of strengthening the building of the setup of the discipline from the perspective of the systems of both internal and external administration. The paper focuses on the progress of research on the discipline, viz. the system of macro hospital administration and evidence based medicine have become the priorities of research on hospital administration and the attitude of individual oriented service and the concept of patient centered care have become the theme of such research. With the constant deepening of health reform and focusing on the achievement of the social goals of medical service, the academic discipline of hospital administration has formed the trends of moving from internal administration to external administration and from research on micromechanism to reform in the macro system.
