RESUMEN

Screening and evaluating the diseases responding specifically to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) will help to highlight the advantages of TCM treatment, and the evaluation method should be standardized with consideration to the unique characteristics of the diseases. The incidence of Sjögren's Syndrome (SS) is increasing year by year, while the pathogenesis of this disease remains unclear. Modern therapies for this disease include biological agents and immunosuppressants, which generally have unsatisfactory efficacy. The TCM treatment of SS focuses on the harmony of the physical and mental health. The Rheumatology Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine organizes experts in TCM, Western medicine, and evidence-based medicine to form working groups. Delphi method and bibliometric method were used for analysis, and SS was selected as a disease responding specifically to TCM. Furthermore, the evaluation system was established for this disease, and the consensus regarding this disease was reached after seminar discussion. This paper summarized the whole process of the evaluation of the advantages of TCM treatment of SS. First, because TCM atomization is widely used in clinical practice and enriches TCM administration methods, this therapy is included after other non-drug therapies were taken as characteristic therapies. Second, the evaluation indicators of therapeutic effect should be determined with consideration to international acceptance and the current research status. Third, the expression method should be accurate, standardized, and objective, highlight the natural advantages of TCM, and avoid arbitrary extension. This paper provides a reference for clinicians to explore other diseases responding specifically to TCM.

RESUMEN

AIM: To sort out the research context of information construction of drug clinical trials and understand the hot spots and development trend of informatization construction of drug clinical trials. METHODS: The knowledge map CiteSpace software was applied to analyze the 391 items of literature collected from China CNKI database during the year of 2000 to 2020. A thorough investigation was conducted from the perspectives of quantitative analysis, research institutes, author, research hot topics and the research trend. A knowledge map was generated to sort out the main ideas of the research of the drug clinical trial information construction. RESULTS: The results showed that in the past 20 years, the number of published papers related to the construction of clinical information of drugs fluctuated, and most of the major research institutions had strong research ability in this field. But the interactions within research institutions remained improved, and the academic exchanges between scholars still needed to be strengthened. The shift in hot-spot research reflected a greater focus on systematizing and protecting subjects' rights. CONCLUSION: The research of information construction of drug clinical trial mainly focuses on clinical trial, drug clinical trial, quality control and other aspects. It is the trend of future research to further improve the efficacy of trial management through information construction, ensure the reliability and standard of drug clinical trials, and effectively reduce the risks and hidden dangers of drug clinical trials.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the literature on hospital management research in China since 1978 when the reform began, for evaluation of the status quo and development trend of hospital management research in the country. Methods With bibliometric method, this paper compiled a key words analysis software and retrieved 38 983 Chinese literature documents on hospital management research in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases dated from January 1,1978 to December 31,2017.Statistical and meta-analysis were made using relevant software on the sampled literature for time distribution, keyword co-occurrence distribution, research method distribution, high frequency co-citation literature and the situation of the literature cites as well as fund supports. Results From 1978 to 2017,the number of literature documents on hospital management research in China showed a wave-like upward trend, and the rate of increase accelerated after 2006.The number had maintained over 2 000 documents each year. The fields of research had become increasingly extensive and the content more abundant. There tend to be relatively more theoretical studies on the definition of the connotation of hospital management and more empirical studies on single factors affecting hospital management.A total of 609 documents were supported by various funds among the 14 313 statistical sample documents, and the fund subsidy rate was merely 4.25%.Conclusions On the whole, such studies fail to cover all the hotspots;fail to find insights on classified development positioning and management system design, whose academic value and applied value are unsatisfactory.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the development of related TCM evidence-based researches in China.METHODS:The literatures titled"Meta-analysis"and those with Chinese Library Classification Number of"R2(Chinese Medicine)"were searched from CJFD by computer. The retrieval time limit ranged from database establishment to Dec. 2017. Bibliometrics analysis was performed in respects of year of publication, source journals,publishers,authors,co-authors,funding and research content. RESULTS:A total of 1 540 papers from 321 journals were included, and the first paper was published in 1997;the first author came from 494 institutions which mainly distributed within the mainland institations of China. Guangzhou University of TCM had the largest number of publications. According to Price's law, there were 25 core authors who published 157 literature in total;the co-authoring rate was 95.1% and the collaborating degree was 4.00. 32.3% of the papers were obtained by the fund support, involving 236 literatured founded by National Science Foundation of China. There were 5 types of papers, including 1 512 applied research papers,14 quality evaluation papers,6 methodological studies;there were 17 categories of diseases involved in applied research. CONCLUSIONS:Meta-analysis of TCM research in China has developed rapidly, but related theoretical research is relatively lack. It is necessary to further strengthen the methodology research so as to promote the development of evidence-based research of TCM.
