RESUMEN

Objective: To design an ambulatory blood pressure measuring system based on control of single chip microcomputer AT89C51 so as to accurately measure the blood pressure of human body. Methods: In the design, single chip computer AT89C51 was used as main controller, and pressure transducer MPX5050GP was used to collect signal of blood pressure of human body, and then through calculated and processed of single chip microcomputer to measure the blood pressure value. The peripheral design adopted on-off circuit and liquid crystal display (LCD) to monitor the start control and blood pressure value of system. Results: This system could convert the blood pressure signal of human body into electrical signal through pressure transducer. And after these weak electrical signals were amplified and filtrated, they were further convert into digital signal so as to be inputed in single chip microcomputer. And then, these measurement value were finally displayed on LCD through calculating and processing of main program for these signals. The results of this system has well stability, and its largest indication error was 3 mmHg, which was in the permissible error range, and the detection was qualified. Conclusion: The system can accurately measure the blood pressure of human body, and it has the advantages of small size, convenient using, clear display and so on.

RESUMEN

Objective:According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine pulse diagnosis, we have used a PVDF pulse sensors and a combination of pre-amplifier unit to accurately detect the pulse information.Methods: Based on the principle of electronic technology design a multi-level amplification and filtering circuitry for detecting the pulse signal condition. Design the data acquisition circuit based on AT89C51 microcontroller and analog-digital conversion chip AD0809.Results: Using the signal acquisition and data amplifier circuit to effectively collect, process and amplify the pulse wave, will integrally combine the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern scientific theories, greatly reduce the misdiagnosis rate, then effectively achieve the objective of pulse diagnosis.Conclusion: The data acquisition circuit which based on AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer and A/D conversion chip AD0809 can basically complete the pulse signal collection and processing, the signal amplification is more noticeable, which has A certain role in promoting to reveal the objective.

RESUMEN

Objective To develop a facility to sterilize the heat-sensitive precise medical surgical instruments which can not resist high temperature and high pressure. Methods We used electromagnetic field of high frequency as excitation source for plasma,vacuumized the instrument,pumped in the peroxide,maintained the pressure in the instrument within a certain range,and then applied magnetic RF electric field,causing glow discharge and generating ambiplasma. The microorganism could be quickly destroyed under the synergistic effect of peroxide and low -temperature ambiplasma. Results The facility can sterilize the medical instruments within 45 minutes,enhance the surgical security and reduce the cost. Conclusion By controlling the primary parameters such as temperature,vacuity and time,the sterilization process can be finished in a low temperature safely,easily and quickly,so it is gradually accepted by the medical department.

RESUMEN

This paper introduces a programming cardiac trigger apparatus used for the study of quantitative measurement of myocardial blood flow with myocardial contrast echocardiography.The design of hardware circuit based on MCU and the scheme of software based on Keil C51 are mainly discussed.With stable and reliable working,this apparatus provides a kind of technical support for the study of quantitative measurement of myocardial blood flow with continuous intravenous injection of sonicated microbubbles.
