RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty for the concentration calibration of Cerous sulfate titration solution(0.1 mol/L). METHODS:The sources of uncertainty of Cerous sulfate titration solution was analyzed,and measurement model was established to evaluate the components of uncertainty and calculate the expanded uncertainty. RESULTS:The expanded uncertainty of Cerous sulfate titration solution(0.1 mol/L)was 0.000 5 mol/L and the concentration was(0.101 2± 0.000 5)mol/L,coverage factor k=2. CONCLUSIONS:The method is suitable for the uncertainty evaluation for the concentration calibration of Cerous sulfate titration solution.

RESUMEN

Objective:The infusion pumps are high risk equipment in clinic, the clinical risk of it is much higher the general medical equipment and diagnostic. Methods:FLUKE lagu1 was used to calibrate the Smiths infusion pumps in different conditions. Results: As a result, the quality control of it is particularly important. We introduce a method to calibrate model 1200 infusion pump from the angle of quality control. Conclusion: Infusion pump quality control testing should accord with clinical practice. Infusion pumps calibrated to provide security for the clinical infusion therapy and reduce the medical risk.

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the method of measurement of total scatter calibrate factor (Sc,p). Methods To measure the Sc,p at different depths on central axis of 6?MV, 15?MV photon beams through different ways. Results It was found that the measured data of Sc,p changed with the different depths to a range of 1%~7%. Using the direct method, the Sc,p measured depth should be the same as the depth in dose normalization point of the prescription dose. If the Sc,p ( fsz, d) was measured at the other depths, it could be obtained indirectly by the calculation formula. Conclusions The Sc,p in the prescription dose can be obtained either by the direct measure method or the indirect calculation formula. But emphasis should be laid on the proper measure depth.
