RESUMEN
Este artigo trata sobre o Bando Anunciador, que surgiu no século XIX com o intuito de anunciar as celebrações em devoção a Nossa Senhora Sant'Ana pelas ruas de Feira de Santana-Bahia. Como metodologia utilizamos a revisão de literatura e análise de fotografias do desfile do Bando, que ainda ocorre todos os anos no centro da cidade. Objetivamos descrever e analisar os elementos presentes nesta comemoração, que podem concebê-la enquanto prática de lazer dos feirenses, por considerarmos os momentos de diversão na rua com o Bando, enquanto lugar de ambivalência, no qual os corpos reinscrevem histórias através de suas fantasias, danças e brincadeiras, bem como podem render graças à sua Santa Padroeira. Assim, essa experiência festiva entra no rol das práticas permissivas no tempo disponível e de modo desinteressado pelos sujeitos, se constituindo na atualidade, como uma possibilidade aberta de lazer para o povo feirense.
This article discusses the Bando Anunciador (Cultural Parade), which appeared in the 19th century with the purpose of announcing the celebrations in devotion to Nossa Senhora Sant'Ana (the patroness of the city of Feira de Santana) through the streets of Feira de Santana-Bahia. As a methodology, we used the literature review and the analysis of photographs from the Bando Parade, which still occurs every year in the city center. We aim to describe and analyze the elements that are present in this celebration, which can conceive of it as a leisure practice of the people of Feira de Santana, because we consider the moments of fun in the street with the Bando Parade, as a place of ambivalence, in which the bodies rewrite histories through their costumes, dances and jokes, as well as they can surrender thanks to their Holy Patroness. Thus, this celebration experience is included in the list of permissive practices in the available time and in a disinterested way by the subjects, constituting nowadays, as an open possibility of leisure for the people of Feira de Santana.

O trabalho apresenta uma atividade desenvolvida pela equipe editorial do Jornal de Psicanálise na interface entre cinema e psicanálise. Um grupo de analistas se interessou pelo convite da equipe para conversar sobre o filme Festa de Família, do diretor Thomas Vinterberg. A conversa foi gravada e transcrita. Pensamos ser importante explorar as maneiras pelas quais a psicanálise pode ser difundida. Esta atividade demonstrou que um filme pode servir como estímulo para uma agradável e instigante conversa psicanalítica e trouxe à tona toda a riqueza deste tipo de encontro onde a possibilidade de trocar experiências de forma espontânea, tal qual pensamos possa ocorrer no próprio trabalho analítico, pode ter lugar. Foi possível ter a dimensão de um trabalho implicado, no qual a psicanálise esteve presente de forma viva e atuante, encarnada na fala de cada colega...
The paper presents an activity developed by the editorial staff of the Jornal de Psicanálise, in the interface between cinema and psychoanalysis. A group of analysts interested in the team invitation chose to talk about The Celebration, a film directed by Thomas Vinterberg. The conversation was recorded and then transcribed. This activity demonstrated that a film can work as a stimulus for an enjoyable and thought-provoking psychoanalytic conversation and brought up all the wealth of this kind of meeting, in which the possibility of exchanging experiences spontaneously took place, as it is thought to occur in the analytic work itself. It was possible to realize the magnitude of an involving job in which psychoanalysis was presented in an active and living form, incarnate in the speech of each colleague...
Este trabajo presenta una actividad desarrollada por el equipo editorial del Jornal de Psicanálise en la interface entre cine y psicoanálisis, que consistió en un encuentro de analistas para conversar sobre la película La Celebración [Festen] del director Thomas Vinterberg. La discusión fue grabada y transcripta. Pensamos que es importante ampliar las maneras por las cuales el psicoanálisis puede ser difundido. Esta actividad mostró que una película puede servir de gatillo para una agradable y estimulante charla psicoanalítica, y quedó evidente la enorme riqueza de este tipo de reunión, donde la posibilidad de intercambiar experiencias de manera espontánea, como nos parece que ocurre en el propio trabajo analítico, tiene lugar. Hubo un trabajo implicado, en el cual el psicoanálisis estuvo presente de forma viva y actuante, encarnado en el discurso de cada colega...

Successful celebration activities are not only important content of hospital culture construction,but also an effective way to promote the construction of hospital culture.This paper holds that hospital administrators should arouse staff's fervor of taking part in the construction of hospital culture,devote their efforts to manifesting the hospital spirit,build up the hospital image,and create a favorable external environment for the hospital development so as to push forward the hospital culture construction.
