RESUMEN

Objective:To explore protective action of ultramicro-powder of Rhizoma Gastrodiae on nerves in the rat of Cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury. Methods:The local ischemia-reperfusion injury at model was established by cerebral ischemia for 2 hours and reperfusion for 24 hours.HE staining,2,3,5-triphenytetrazolium(TTC)staining,immunohistochemical methods were respectively used to investigate pathological changes of brain slices, the size of cerebral infarction and nervous cell apoptotic relative proteins Bcl-2,Bax expression after treatment with ultramicro-powder of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.Results:(1)Ultramicro-powder of Rhizoma Gastrodiae could reduce the size of cerebral infarction. When the low, middle and high dose groups were compared with the ischemia group there were significant differences(P

RESUMEN

4VO rat models were used. The remedy Zhenxuanyin, composed of Rhizoma Gastrodia, Poria, Radix Lugustici Chuanxiong, divided into 3 dosages, were infused 30 minutes after total cerebral infarction., The cerebralblood flow was marked with 123 I- IMP 24 hours later. Results showed Zhenxuanyin in dosages of 0. 03g/kg, 0. 3g/kg, 1g/kg, 3g/kg all markedly increased cerebral blood flow in which the dose 0. 3g/ kg can restore the blood flow to a normal level.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Ruanjian Yiqi Huoxue Recipe for treatment of ischemic apoplexy.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Scores of neurologic deficit, clinical therapeutic effects, quality of life, level of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)in the peripheral blood, improvement of abnormal blood lipids and blood pressure were observed before and after treatment. Results: Total effective rate in the treatment group was 85% and 65% in the control group. The score of neurologic deficit and quality of life in the treatment group improved significantly(P

RESUMEN

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of treatment at selected time on acute ischemic apoplexy and changes of hemorheologic indexes. Methods: 58 cases of acute ischemic apoplexy were randomly divided into a group of treatment at selected time (observation group) and a group of treatment at any time (control group). The observation group were treated by moxibustion at Zusanli (ST 36)and Shenque (CV 8)at Chen hours (7-9 o'clock am)each day, 20min each session, in combination with Chinese drugs Tongluo Decoction, one dose daily, oral administration, once at Chen hours. The control group were treated by the same methods at any hours except Chen hours. The therapeutic effects were assessed after 3 treatment courses. Hemorheologic indexes were determined before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The cured rate and the markedly effective rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P
