RESUMEN

The distribution information of Chinese angelica was collected by interview investigation and field survey, and 43 related environmental factors were collected, some kinds of functional chemical constituents of Angelica sinensis were analyzed. Integrated climate, topography and other related ecological factors, the habitat suitability study was conducted based on Arc geographic information system(ArcGIS),and maximum entropy model. Application of R language to establish the relationship between the effective component of Chinese angelica and enviromental factors model, using ArcGIS software space to carry out space calculation method for the quality regionalization of Chinese angelica. The results showed that 4 major ecological factors had obvious influence on ecology suitability distributions of Chinese angelica, including altitude, soil sub category, May precipitation and the warmest month of the highest temperature, et al. It is suitable for the living habits of the Chinese angelica, cold and humid climate, which is suitable for the deep area of the soil. In addition, the ecological suitability regionalization based on the effect of Chinese angelica also provides a new suitable distribution area other than the traditional distribution area, which provides a scientific basis for the reasonable introduction of Chinese angelica.

RESUMEN

Having referred the Chinese academic publications on TCM during the last decade ,we summarized the researches in Angelica Decoction (AD), which included immunoregulatory, circulatory system, the basis of decoction composition, anti-oxidation, liver injury and compaibility. AD can improve the immunity action, meliorate abnormal circulation, and also has the effects of anti-oxidation and protection of liver injury. Futher study on AD should be focused on its mechanism and material basis in the future.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of different dosages of 60Co-? irradiation on the effective components of Chinese Angelica and Codonoposis Pilosulae.METHODS:Qualitative analysis was performed with TLC.The content of feluric acid in Chinese Angelica was measured with HPLC and that of polysaccharide in Codonoposis Pilosulae was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method.RESULTS:After irradiation and 6-month storage, the quality and quantity of components of two herbs remained unchanged.CONCLUSION:60Co-? ray irradiation can be adopted for preservation of Chinese Angelica and Codonoposis Pilosulae.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the effect of powder of Chinese Angelica and Peony (DSS) on hippocampus proteome of senescence accelerated mice (SAM). Methods Thirty female mice aged 12 months were used in our study, including 10 SAM-resistance/1 (SAMR1) and 20 SAM-prone/8 (SAMP8). The difference of hippocampus proteome among SAMP8, SAMR1, SAMP8 treated with DSS intragastrically at dose of 3.2 g/kg once a day for 30 d (SAMP8+DSS), was analyzed by two dimensional polyacryalmide gel electrophoresis (2DE). Results Compared with SAMR1, the expressions of 13 proteins in hippocampus of SAMP8 were up-regulated and that of 9 proteins were down-regulated significantly. Compared with SAMP8, the expressions of 21 proteins in hippocampus of SAMP8+DSS were up-regulated and that of 14 proteins were down-regulated significantly. Using MALDI-TOF-MS, the proteins with significant changes in expressions were identified by peptide fingerprinting map and the results were searched in MASCOT database, and sorted into 5 function groups including mitochondria-associated proteins, energy metabolism proteins, synaptic plasticity formation proteins, cytoskeletal proteins and others proteins. Conclusion The effects of DSS on hippocampus proteome of senescence accelerated mice were probably exerted via multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism.
