RESUMEN

The innovation of Chinese materia medica (CMM) industry must abandon the traditional development model, clarify the connotation of green value of CMM industry supply chain, identify the improvement point of green value, innovate CMM green supply chain model, and realize the unity of economic value and environmental value of CMM industry. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of CMM green supply chain, we constructed the green value flow model of the CMM supply chain, meanwhile, analyzed the green value strategy by using the analytic hierarchy method to improve the green value strategy of the CMM supply chain, and then identified the strategy and mechanism to develop the green productivity of the CMM industry, and provided a reference for the green value creation and promotion of the CMM supply chain.

The development of human society is mainly marked by materials. “Academic Leadership Series, National Science Think Tank, Development Strategies of Chinese Disciplines in the Next 10 Years: Material Science” points out that: Material science has become the essential link for the development and deepening of modern science and technology, and plays a basic and leading role in the development of science and technology; The emergence of a new type of material can also drive the birth of an industry. The excessive consumption of resources and energy by process industry and the pollution of environment have become bottlenecks restricting the sustainable development of human society. Chemical engineering has always been important to achieve efficient transformation of materials and effective utilization of energy. In the 21st century, the objectives of chemical engineering have been transformed into: Relying on superior performance, friendly environment, and fully function, new structural and functional materials with good and complete functions to develop new process industrial technology and form new process flow and integration technology in order to achieve the goal of high efficiency, low consumption, and pollution-free. Membrane technology, with advanced separation materials as carriers, can achieve separation of substances and molecules at mild and low cost conditions. It is especially suitable for the needs of modern industry for energy saving, recycling of low-grade raw materials, and eliminating environmental pollution. It has become key technologies to solve the major problems in the fields of energy, water resources and environment. The application of membrane materials and equipment to the Chinese materia medica (CMM) industry can significantly improve the production efficiency. In this paper, through the analysis of the application of membrane materials and technology in foreign and domestic pharmaceutical industries, facing the industrial upgrading and green development of the application process of CMM industry, it is proposed to introduce the theory and method of material chemical engineering into the field of CMM, to carry out original research with independent intellectual property rights, and to construct a new membrane-based approach. The new separation procedure, separation process and exclusive equipment with separation technology as the core realize energy saving and emission reduction in the production process of CMM. Through expatiating on the basic research and engineering application of industrialization of separation process of CMM and its complex systems such as water extraction system and oil-water mixture system in the past 20 years, the project team provides theoretical basis and application demonstration for the design, integration, and application of new separation process of CMM based on special membrane technology.

Under the background of the third industrial revolution with informationization as the main feature, how to realize the upgrade of traditional industries including the Chinese materia medica (CMM) industry has become a hot issue in both theory and practice. Based on the theory of industrial economics, we analyzed the barriers to the upgrade of CMM industry from the three aspects of the CMM industry chain, value chain, and upgrading dynamics, and believed that information asymmetry caused by difficulty of CMM product quality control and quality evaluation is a key constraint factor. On this basis, we also analyzed the coupling foundation of “Internet Plus” and the CMM industry, and then put forward the use of Internet information technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, and Internet of Things as the carrier to combine the uniqueness of CMM industry with the universality of Internet information technology, promoting the upgrade of CMM industry through the integration of “internet + CMM”.

In the development process of quality markers of Chinese materia medica (CMM) from the concept to the theory of the development process, quality markers of CMM have attracted the national CMM research and industry attention. Focusing on the factors that affect the quality of CMM, the author analyzed the markers which affect the quality to identify the quality markers, analyzed the comprehensive information, performed risk assessment, and identified and controlled all factors that affect the product quality. Especially the author presented the concept on whole process of quality control, standards and control research to build a full range of traceable control to build a new system, product quality traceability system, to ensure the quality of CMM products and industrial process control. The system will have a new impact on the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.

Based on Chinese materia medica (CMM) patent operation data from National Intellectual Property Office to analyze the technological structure and hot spots of CMM field as well as the relationships among different fields, identify the key areas, and explore new technological growing points.

Chinese materia medica (CMM) is well-respected nowadays. Multinational pharmaceutical companies have grabbed huge market profits by implementing patent strategies, while we can see there are many problems in the protection of the intellectual property rights in CMM enterprises in China. Such as the consciousness on patent protection is not strong, the plan and management of patent mining is not reasonable, the layout of patent is not scientific, and so on, which seriously affects the development of the CMM industry. So the patent mining, the collection mechanism of inventive concept, collaboration applications of the types of patent layout have been discussed and studied in this paper, in order to promote the patent strategies to be effectively applied in the CMM industry in the process of modernization.

RESUMEN

Patent rights transfer is an important way to realize the value of the patent, and it is also one of the core propositions for the localization of the patent system in China. Based on the analysis on the theory of patent system as breakthrough point, to explore the core problems of patent rights transfer in China and put forward theoretical assumptions for these problems. An empirical research on these theoretical assumptions was made through a data source upon the number of patent rights transfer in the past 30 years of implementing the patent system in China, and suggestions for the localization of the patent system from the dimension of patent rights transfer were proposed based on empirical results.

Now there are several problems in the innovation system of Chinese materia medica industry, such as the lack of resource, the ambiguity between the subject and object, achievments in scientific research being hardly transformed to products, and the ignorance of training personnel, etc. These problems should be solved by taking measures so as to establish the innovation system of Chinese materia medica industry as soon as possible and make great efforts on the subject, the platform, the qualified personnel resource, and the institution of the innovation system.
