Discussion on the pathogenesis of colorectal polyp from "damp pathogen causing diseases" / 国际中医中药杂志

The clinical manifestations of colorectal polyps are consistent with the characteristics of dampness, stickiness and heaviness. The TCM constitutions in the prone population are mostly related to dampness. The pathological changes of intestinal flora imbalance, intestinal micro inflammation, neuroendocrine immune network and abnormal aquaporin in colorectal polyps are consistent with the research results of modern mechanism of dampness pathogen. This article believed that the TCM pathogenesis of colorectal polyps caused by damp pathogen is the accumulation of spleen deficiency and dampness caused by improper diet, poor emotion and other factors, and the interweaving of various diseases and pathogens to form tangible foreign bodies. According to the pathogenic characteristics of damp pathogen and the pathogenic factors of colorectal polyps, the influence of damp pathogen on the pathogenesis of colorectal polyps was discussed, in order to provide an effective TCM theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal polyps in clinic.

Exploration into Ancient Literature on TCM Causa Morbi and Mechanism of Anal and Enteric Diseases / 浙江中医药大学学报

TCM has formed systemic theory and unique medical technology on anal and enteric disease, among which, the statement on causa morbi and mechanism of it is rich in content, until now, it still guides our clinical practice. To clear up and dig out some meaningful concerned in ancient literature is aluable in deepening recognition to this kind of disease.

Preliminary exploration of great master of TCM LU Zhi-zheng,s academic thought in syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease(CHD)based on damp-pathogen / 中华中医药杂志

This thesis gave the theorical origins of syndrome differentiation of CHD based on damp-pathogen by LU Zhi-zheng.Six factors includ invading by damp-pathogen,internal impairment by seven emotions,improper diet and imbalance between work and rest,different constitutions,Zang-Fu organs uncoordination,incorrect treatment,etc.are the chief factors result in damp-pathogen.The relationship between damp-pathogen and phlegm,damp-pathogen and blood stasis is analysed.Four pathogenesis that cause CHD by damp-pathogen are summarized.

Clinical study on treatment of chronic renal failure(blood silt and damp pathogen syndrome) with Shenkang Bolt / 中成药

AIM: To observe the curative efficacy of Shenkang Bolt(SKB) in treating chronic renal failure(CRF) with blood silt and damp pathogen syndrome. METHODS: The randomized,parallel and controlled trial were used.38 cases in treatment group were treated with SKB,and 40 cases in control group were clystered with Chinese herbal medicine.The changes of the cumulative scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome,the levels of serum creatinine(SCr) and creatinine clearance rate(CCr) before and after treatment in both groups were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 81.5% in the treatment group,but 75% in the control group.The scores of TCM syndrome and the levels of SCr were both significantly decreased(P(0.05)). CONCLUSION: SKB can markedly improve the clinical manifestations of CRF with blood silt and damp pathogen syndrome,decrease the levels of SCr,but increase CCr.There was no difference between Chinese herbal clysis and Shenkang Bolt in curative effect,but it is convenent to take Shenkang Bolt.
