RESUMEN

The Danggui Yinzi, as one of the classic prescriptions, was first recorded in Yan's Jisheng Prescription and is mainly used to treat various skin diseases with blood deficiency and wind dryness. By referring to ancient books and modern literature researches, this study analyzed and summarized the literature of Danggui Yinzi from the aspects of prescription origin, composition, addition and subtractive changes of flavor, dosage and decocting and taking method, discrimination of prescription and efficacy, raw material and processing of medicinal materials, and modern clinical application. Textual researches explored more than 80 ancient literature and 170 modern literature and showed its content included Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Rehmannia Radix, Tribuli Fructus, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Schizonepetae Spica, Polygoni Multiflora Radix, Astragali Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. It was cooked by water. It was used for the patients with skin diseases and Chinese pattern of blood deficiency wind drying. It has showed a wide range of applications, and similar application in ancient and modern time. This paper provides a more comprehensive reference for the research and development of compound preparation of Danggui Yinzi.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the effect of Danggui Yinzi on allergic reaction in chronic urticaria (CU) mice model and the mechanism of autophagy intervention. Method:The SPF BALB/c mice were used to replicate the CU mice model by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide suspension. The animals were randomly allocated into six groups: a normal group (normal saline 20 mL·kg-1·d-1), a model group (normal saline 20 mL·kg-1·d-1), a loratadine group(0.001 3 g·kg-1·d-1), a Danggui Yinzi high, medium and low-dose group(39.3,19.6,9.8 g·kg-1·d-1). The pathological changes of skin tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Morphological changes of autophagy in skin tissues epithelial cells were observed by transmission electron microscope. The mRNA levels of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3B(LC3B) and ubiquitin-binding protein p62 mRNA in skin tissues were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Real-time PCR). The expressions of LC3B and p62 in skin tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Result:Danggui Yinzi can significantly improve the pathological manifestations of dermal edema, collagen bundles separation, telangiectasia in CU mice, it can also improve autophagosomes formation and abnormal cell ultrastructure such as nuclear chromatin condensation, mitochondrial swelling, endoplasmic reticulum expansion, etc. Compared with the normal group, the protein expressions of LC3B in skin tissues of the model group was significantly increased (P<0.01), LC3B mRNA level was increased too, while p62 mRNA levels and its protein expressions were decreased-regulated (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, levels of LC3B mRNA and protein expressions of the Danggui Yinzi groups were significantly increased (P<0.05,P<0.01), while p62 mRNA levels and its protein expressions were significantly decreased-regulated (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion:Danggui Yinzi can regulate the expression of LC3B, p62 mRNA and protein expressions, enhance the level of autophagy, and improve the pathological state of CU mice.

RESUMEN

Objective To assess the efficacy of Danggui Yinzi versus western medicine for treating chronic urticaria. Methods CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data,EMbase, the citation databases of PubMed,web of science updated to August 2012 were electronically searched.Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and Clinical controlled trial (CCTs) on Danggui Yinzi and western medicine for chronic urticaria were identified. The quality of included RCTs and CCTs was assessed, and the meta-analysis was conducted with Revman5.1 software.Funnel-plot was used to identify the publication bias and performed sensitivity analyses. Results 13 trails involving 1042 patients were included. The qualities of all these trails were relatively low. There was no trail set double blinding and allocation concealment.Meta-analysis indicated that compared with western medicine, the effective rate of Danggui Yinzi was superior to that of western medicine[OR=2.53,95%CI(1.92,3.34)].The funnel-plot demonstrated that there was publication bias. Conclusion The current evidence showed that Danggui Yinzi was superior to western medicine in efficacy, but we need more multicenter,randomized,double-blind trails to support it.
