RESUMEN
Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia das diferentes técnicas de bandagens adesivas rígidas (BAR) na melhora da sensibilidade proprioceptiva do pé e tornozelo. Métodos: Uma busca sistematizada foi realizada nas bases de dados: BioMed Central Gateway, BIREME, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, LILACS, MEDLINE, PEDro, SCIELO. Foram revisados somente ensaios clínicos randomizados. Resultados: Três estudos foram selecionados. A técnica Gibney basket weave foi eficaz na melhora do sistema sensório-motor, mas a técnica de Mulligan e a associação três técnicas (estribosde tornozelo, travamento de calcâneo e figura em 6) não se mostraram eficazes. Conclusão: Não há evidências sobre qual a melhor BAR na melhora da propriocepção

Conclusion:There is no evidence about the bestBAR in the improvement of proprioception.
