To implement the excellent doctor education training plan and construct the training model of practical ability in clinical education,the researchers analyzed the problems existing in the training of clinical practice ability and put forward a new train of thought,and constructed a training method system of personal experience,reading classics,teacher guidance,simulation training,clinical practice and reflection strengthening.In addition,we also established a safeguard mechanism with the characteristics of the organizational corporation of teaching,the expert-oriented teaching team,team-oriented mentoring,pro-ject-oriented ability training,the diversification of evaluation system,the modernization of teaching platform and the realistic training environment,to train the qualified clinical medical talents.

In order to accelerate the comprehensive reform of clinical education,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health decided to implement the program of excellent doctor education training plan in 2012.On the basis of the plan,taking a certain medical college as an example,on the problems such as lack of teachers,unreasonable age structure,the lack of advanced experimental technology and comprehensive talents and the lack of innovation and enterprising spirit and so on,the author puts forward some proposals from the development of experimental teaching,the teachers' personal and professional growth and the institutional and policy level,such as strengthening the foreign exchange,making learning training plan and personal development planning,establishing the evaluation system of the experiment teaching quality and opening up a variety of learning methods to improve the teachers' comprehensive ability.

The purpose of the National Competition in Basic Medicine Innovation Forum & Ex-perimental Design in colleges is to boost Excellent-doctor Education Training Plan, cultivating students' scientific research ability and other comprehensive capacity. In practice, the originality and the scientific nature of the selected topic were emphasized through the provision of scientific research funding. The teachers changed their traditional instructional concept and teaching models. They guided the students to select the scientific subjects and took various measures to change students ' learning mode, resulting in gradually pro-moting the students' scientific research level and comprehensive ability. The results showed that these novel strategies are feasible and effective, which may provide a new way for improvement of the excellent doctor program.

Excellent doctor education training programis a major reform program of medical personnel training carried out by both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Health. The purpose is to solve the outstanding problems in medical personnel training, to follow the law of education, to conform to the global standards of medical education and the most basic requirements, and to cultivate qualified clinical doctors. The connotation of excellence is not the pursuit of high-grade, but constantly promote the reform of medical training mode, and strive to improve the education quality by means of elite education in accordance with the requirements of the different positions of the medical and health undertakings, in order to meet the needs of health development and health system reform and development.

Based on the educational structure theory, the difference between mass education and elite education is probed at the macroscopic level to make it clear that the essence of Physician education and training program of excellence is elite education for occupational purposes; at the mi-croscopic level the orientation of English teaching for the class ofexcellent physicians is determined as English for occupational purposes. Moreover, the curriculum system of medical English is designed, and teaching materials associated with clinical medicine are selected, the language laboratory simulat-ing hospital scenes is constructed, and the transboundary team of teachers is built comprising university teachers and doctors in hospitals. At the level of individual, the competency model of English forexcellent physicianshas been developed, English competence requirements in medical industry being clearly established . In a word , the study of macrostructure points out the direction and target of English teaching for excellent physicians; the study of microstructure perfects the mode of English teaching forexcellent physicians;and the study of individual structure indicates the ultimate foothold of English education forexcellent physicians. In order to implement the 'excellent doctor education training plan' for clinical medicine majors,a series of principles and measures were adopted to train medical students.On the basis of clearing ideas and goals of ‘excellent doctor education training plan',constructing cmriculum system based on basic clinical skills,innovatively constructing the practical teaching platform,optimizing practical teaching system,improving teaching methods,revising assessment and evaluation methods and employing an outstanding teaching team with reasonable structure,we constructed the talent training mode with ‘one goal,two processes,three combinations'.In conclusion,the talent training mode played an important role in the cultivation of medical talents in clinical medicine.

Excellent doctor education training plan is an important policy applied by the gov-ernment to enhance the quality of medical personnel training in China. One of the important purposes is to improve the medical students' ability to apply and practice the medical professional English. In order to achieve this purpose, we have applied bilingual teaching for the students of excellent doctor in medical cell biology course. This article mainly introduces some reform measures , which involves training teacher, preparing textbooks and resources, establishing network database, exploring teaching modes, improving teaching methods and means, implementing diversified evaluation methods, and so on. At the same time, we have summarized some problems in the teaching process, and thus put for-ward improvement strategy.
