RESUMEN

At present, chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy or targeted therapy is the key method for the treatment of lymphoma. However, clinical treatment measures are not only effective for patients to obtain disease remission and long-term survival, but also have a negative impact on reproductive function of patients. For young patients with good curative effects, long-term survival and remission, normal childbearing becomes an important aspect of long-term prognosis evaluation of lymphoma, and it is also a concern of lymphoma patients. This article will systematically present the epidemiology of lymphoma, the impact of lymphoma on reproductive function, the status and challenges of reproductive function protection in lymphoma patients, the ethical issues of human reproduction, and the principles and selection of reproductive protection for patients with lymphoma. The analysis and discussion are expected to provide reference for the reproductive protection and eugenics of lymphoma patients in China.

RESUMEN

With an improvement in the long-term survival rates of cancer patients, the requirements for fertility protection of young cancer patients after chemotherapy are increasingly prominent. Early studies have shown that gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) has a protective effect on fertility. But in recenct year, relevant studies have shown that its protective effect is controversial. This article reviews the clinical researches of GnRHa for fertility protection in patients with common tumors, and explores its evidence-based medicine, in the hope of providing references for reasonable clinical application.

Non-epithelial ovarian malignant tumors account for about 10% of ovarian tumors, and mostly develops in young women.Although surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy can make patients get the chances of survival, but often lead to different degrees of damage to reproductive function, causing physical and psychological suffering. While improving the survival rate of patients with malignant ovarian tumors,it is an important research issue to protect the reproductive function of patients as much as possible in the treatment of malignant ovarian tumors. The fertilitysparing treatment has a good effect on non-epithelial ovarian malignant tumors, especially malignant ovarian germ tumors. In this article,we discuss the surgical treatment of fertility protection, the implementation of postoperative adjuvant treatment and the application of assisted reproductive technology in non-epithelial ovarian malignant tumors.
