RESUMEN

The fixed number package management of medical consumables is an important content of SPD management mode. In the process of medical low-value consumables management, hospitals are generally faced with the problems of frequent access and low matching between push quantity and actual use quantity, resulting in complicated access operations of medical staff, shortage or hoarding of consumables and so on. In order to reduce the times of taking and using consumables and improve the comfort of medical staff, the authors dynamically adjusted the content and push quantity of fixed number packages according to the historical use data. The results showed that the adjusted fixed number setting could significantly reduce the average daily access times of medical staff, and reduce the probability of out of stock and hoarding.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the optimal storage methods to maintain serum clozapine (CZP) and N-desmethylclozapine (N-CZP) concentration in a long-term stablility. Methods Ten fresh clinical blood samples were collected, and each sample's serum was separated at volume of 0.5 ml into five pieces of 10 ml conic glass cen-trifuge tubes with cocks; then CZP and N-CZP were beth assayed with HPLC in samples collected on sampling day, stored at 4 ℃ and -20 ℃ for 12 weeks and 24 weeks, respectively. Results There was no significant difference in CZP among samples stored at 4 ℃ for 12 weeks[(525.1±124.3) μg/L] ,at -20 ℃ for 12 weeks[ (535.5± 126.7) and 24 weeks[ (532.5±126.7) μg/L] ,as well as collected on sampling day[(542.7±135.0) μg/L] (P>0.05); There was also no significant difference in N-CZP among samples stored at -20 ℃ for 12 weeks [(226.2±50. 7) μg/L] and 24 weeks[ (224.9±44.8) μg/L] and collected on sampling day[(236.9± 66.6) μL] (P>0.05). Conclusion CZP and N-CZP concentration would be maintained stable within 24 weeks under the refrigerated storage temperature of -20 ℃ at a fixed volume.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To scientifically establish the variety scope of expensive drugs and to reduce the stock level to a maximum degree under the premise of supply security. METHODS: The variety scope of expensive drugs was established by modified ABC (activity-based costing) analytical method, and the management on expensive drugs was carried out by fixed-quantity system (FQS) together with fixed-interval system (FIS). RESULTS: The practice of the optimized management effectively reduced the stock quantity of expensive drugs, increased the amount of money of 75 stocked drugs to 2.473 7 million yuan from 3.935 7 million yuan;the turnover rate rose from 238.36% to 461.86%,and the turnover days were decreased from 13.03 days to 8.29 days. CONCLUSION: Computer management in combination with the modified ABC analytical method together with FQS and FIS management led to an effective and accurate inventory management of expensive drugs, which then resulted in a speedy turnover rate, decreased fund occupying and lowered drug cost.

RESUMEN

We analyzed the result of the fixed quantity comments on 160 doctoral theses of our university in recent 4 years. The result indicates that the total level of the doctoral theses is relatively good , but there are few excellent theses. The doctoral candidates have substantial basic theory and fine quality foe research, but they can rarely bring forth new ideas and they lack writing ability. Aiming at these problems, we put forward 8 item suggestions to promote fostering working and continuously improve the doctoral candidates' training quality.
