Resumo Este artigo analisa as narrativas de mulheres e homens; mães e pais; cuidadoras e cuidadores de crianças e adolescentes envolvidos em denúncias de abuso sexual, na condição de vítimas, e que foram, por essa razão, inseridas/os no sistema de garantia de direitos, objetivando demonstrar o que pensam, que enunciados utilizam para falar sobre o abuso sexual e os sentidos atribuídos à sua inserção na rede de atendimentos. Para auxiliar a operar teoricamente utilizou-se a noção de biopolítica, enquanto uma forma de governo e uma tecnologia do poder de Foucault, associada às ideias de um governo pela psicologia de Castel e à retórica do trauma de Fassin. A partir da análise, é possível descrever como o abuso se torna a forma de legitimação maior para que se possa acessar a proteção do Estado e como as formas de governar capturam a todos/as e balizam as narrativas em sutis esferas.
Resumen Este artículo analiza las narrativas de mujeres y hombres, madres y padres, cuidadores de niñas, niños y adolescentes involucrados en denuncias de abuso sexual, como víctimas, y que fueron, por eso, insertados en el sistema de garantía de derechos, con el objetivo de demostrar lo que piensan, qué declaraciones utilizan para hablar sobre el abuso sexual y los significados atribuidos a su inserción en la red de asistencia. Para ayudar a operar teóricamente, se utilizó la noción de biopolítica, como una forma de gobierno y una tecnología de poder de Foucault, asociada a las ideas de un gobierno de la psicología de Castel y la retórica del trauma de Fassin. A partir del análisis es posible describir cómo el abuso se convierte en la forma de mayor legitimación para que se pueda acceder a la protección del Estado y cómo las formas de gobernar capturan a todas y todos y marcan las narrativas en esferas sutiles.
Abstract This article analyzes the narratives of men and women; mothers and fathers and caretakers of children and adolescents involved in sexual abuse allegations, as victims, and that, for that reason, they have been inserted in the Rights Guarantee System, aiming to demonstrate what they think, what statements they use to talk about sexual abuse and the meanings attributed to their insertion in the care network. To facilitate the theoretical comprehension, the notion of Biopolitics was used as a type of government and one of Foucault's technologies of power, also linked to the ideas of a government for Castel's psychology and to Fassin's rhetoric of trauma. From the analysis it is possible to describe how the abuse becomes the major way of legitimizing in order to access the government protection, and how the forms of government capture all people and support the narratives in subtle ways.

Aiming at the problems faced by the medical postgraduate students in the cooperative medical education and the classified training mode,combined with the characteristics of the cultivation of medical postgraduates,the article constructed the quality guarantee system of graduate education based on project management.From the three dimensions of time dimension,corpus dimension and objective dimension,the article established a model of training quality guarantee system and analyzed the four work modules:construction of project organization,standardization of whole life cycle process,control of project quality and integration of project information.In addition,the article introduced the practice of this quality guarantee system in Binzhou Medical University.

The major assessment is the key link of the applied undergraduate education quality guarantee system. According to the spirit of the Ministry of Education, The Qiqihar Medical University developed the internal major assessment study and founded 8 first grade indexes and 26 second level indexes including educational idea, teaching staff, major construction. The university also established the major evaluation system, monitor and improve the university's teaching quality. This system makes sense to the establishment and improvement of undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system and has attained great achievement in the building of teaching staff, major construction, teaching environ-ment and teaching idea. Also the school has rectified the problems, making the work more perfect and the teaching better and better.

O texto discute, a partir de um estudo técnico, a questão do afastamento do agressor do lar, em casos de abuso sexual infantil, e a aplicação da Doutrina da Proteção Integral, considerando a atenção psicossocial dada ao agressor, à família e à vítima. Foi adotado o modelo de estudo de caso instrumental com uma amostra intencional. O contexto foi o Centro de Referência para Proteção Integral da Criança e do Adolescente em Situação de Violência Sexual de um tribunal. A família estudada - mãe, padrasto e três filhas adolescentes - encontrava‑se em situação de violência sexual em decorrência de determinação da medida protetiva. As informações foram organizadas e interpretadas na perspectiva da análise documental. No resgate da proteção, a Justiça não fortaleceu o diálogo com o Sistema de Garantia de Direitos, evidenciando que não há plena convergência das ações de Defesa com a real e concreta proteção da família em estudo.
This paper addresses the issue of removing the aggressor from the household in cases of child sexual abuse and applying the Full Protection Doctrine, taking into account the psychosocial care given to the aggressor, the family and the victim. For this purpose, the instrumental case study approach was adopted with a purposive sample within the context of a Brazilian court's Referral Center for Full Protection of Children and Adolescents Facing Sexual Violence. Members of a family affected by sexual violence that was the object of a technical study due to a protective order determination were the subject of the survey: mother, stepfather and three adolescent daughters. The information was organized and interpreted using the document analysis method. In the process of recovering the protection system, the courts failed to strengthen their dialogue with the Rights Guarantee System, suggesting that Defense actions are not fully in tune with actual and solid protection measures available to the individuals being studied.
En este texto discutimos el tema del alejamiento del agresor del hogar en los casos de abuso sexual infantil y la aplicación de la Doctrina de la Protección Integral, considerando la atención psicosocial dada al agresor, a la familia y a la víctima. Se ha adoptado el modelo de estudio de caso instrumental con una muestra intencional. El contexto fue el Centro de Referencia para la Protección Integral del Niño y del Adolescente en Situación de Violencia Sexual de un tribunal. El foco de la investigación fueron miembros de una familia en situación de violencia sexual que se hallaba en estudio técnico debido a la determinación de la medida de protección: madre, padrastro, tres hijas adolecentes. Las informaciones se organizaron y se interpretaron dentro de la perspectiva del análisis documental. En el resgate de la protección, la Justicia no fortaleció el diálogo com el Sistema de Garantía de Derechos, evidenciando que no hay plena convergencia de las acciones de Defensa con la real y concreta protección de la familia en cuestión.

The user information needs, being one of the core elements in modem library, is the basis for survival and development of modern library. In the digital and network environment, the electronic resources are increasingly becoming the main part of information resources. The Library of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences is the central library of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China, and therefore how to use limited funds to build an optimal, most rational and sustainable development guarantee system of TCM electronic resources is its new task in the information age. This paper discussed the objective and principles of building guarantee system of TCM electronic resources, and also put forward some measures and strategies about constructing it from eight aspects.

This paper has mainly discussed the healthcare guarantee system of the population in the cityes,especially the healthcare guarantee system of the city people who are given the guarantee allowance for the lowest living standard.It is clarified that the guarantee allowance does not contain the fees of seeing a doctor and that the people supported by the allowance for the lowest living standard are systematically excluded from the social medicare and business medicare.With the establisment and constant perfection of the social guarantee system in our country,the basic life of these people has been guaranteed,but their medical treatment remains a big problem.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the way to establish a scientific and rational quality guarantee system for total nutrient admixture(TNA).METHODS:The regulations and measures adopted to guarantee TNA quality were analyzed on the basis of TNA preparation practice in the hospital.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:TNA quality can be guaranteed to be secure and stable in quality by establishing an efficient quality guarantee system for TNA.
