RESUMEN

Traditional theoretical learning and clinical practice training are currently the main teaching model for ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology, and with the increase in the difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases and the complicated doctor-patient relationship, this model is facing many problems, such as noncooperation of patients, change in position of the fetus, difficult diagnosis of fetal congenital diseases, and limited conditions of pregnant women. This study designs and prepares an imaging database of abnormal cases, and teachers of corresponding levels are equipped according to the different learning stages of students. A total of 26 students received training and the evaluation of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills, and the results showed that all the students reached the level of standardized residency training in Beijing. The combination of case-based teaching and hierarchical teaching has the advantages of mutual integration and step-by-step promotion in the clinical teaching of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology, which has a positive impact on improving the communication skills of students in future clinical practice.

RESUMEN

【Objective】 To explore the efficiency of hierarchical teaching model in advanced training of therapeutic blood component apheresis. 【Methods】 A total of 76 students who participated in the advanced training(≥3 months) of therapeutic blood component apheresis in Blood Transfusion Department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2021 were taken as subjects. They were divided into observation group(hierarchical teaching mode, n=46) and control group (traditional teaching mode, n=30) using random number table method. The assessment scores of the two groups in terms of theoretical knowledge and experimental operation ability before and after the advanced traning were compared, and the satisfaction of students for the teaching models were collected by questionnaires. 【Results】 After training, the average score of the observation group and control group in terms of theoretical knowledge and experimental operation ability were 52.57±2.17 vs 51.00±2.73, 34.74±1.99 vs 33.40±2.42, respectively (P<0.05), and the training satisfaction was 95.35% (41/43) vs 78.57% (22/28) (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Compared to traditional teaching mode, hierarchical teaching mode in advanced training of therapeutic blood component apheresis has better effect on the trainees to master relevant theoretical knowledge and operational skills.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the role of hierarchical teaching based on the "competency-based" concept in the standardized training of respiratory nursing interns. Methods:A total of 70 nursing interns who came to the Department of Respiratory Medicine in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital for standardized training from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by coin tossing method, 35 in each group. The study group used hierarchical teaching based on the "competency-based" concept, while the control group adopted conventional hierarchical teaching. The nursing ability and teaching quality of the two groups of nurses were compared. SPSS 23.0 was used for t-test and Chi-square test. Results:The theoretical knowledge scores of the nurses in the two groups after the standardized training [(95.29±3.13), (86.29±5.13)] were higher than those before the training [(78.22±4.48), (77.29±5.13)]. The scores of theoretical knowledges, operation skills, medical record reporting, and the comprehensive quality scores of the study group after the standardized training were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The satisfaction of teaching quality in study group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The hierarchical teaching based on the "competency-based" concept can significantly improve the teaching quality in the standardized training and the comprehensive quality of respiratory nursing interns, which is worthy of application.

RESUMEN

In order to improve the Geriatrics education quality,Hierarchical teaching was applied in the process of Geriatrics education. On the one hand, the overall thinking, the international perspective, the scientific spirit and humanistic care concepts were cultivated. On the other hand, the distinction between the undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate students and individual differences were paid attention to and hierarchical teaching was given to them respectively.Setting different teaching goals, using different teaching methods and evaluation methods is used to improve the teaching pertinence. With the application of the traditional teaching method and hierarchical teaching,as far as possible to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, improve the pertinence of teaching, arouse students' learning potential, thus improving the quality of teaching, satisfactory results was obtained.
