RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the methods and effects of vocational nursing students participating in the teaching of Nursing Psychology under the large class teaching mode. Methods:The two co-curricular classes of the vocational nursing specialty in this semester were randomly selected as the experimental group (5 boys and 116 girls) and the control group (3 boys and 115 girls). The experimental group adopted the model of student participation in the classroom, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The differences in the final paper scores of the course between the two groups were compared, and the teaching effect of the students in the experimental group was investigated by self-made questionnaire. SPSS 23.0 was used for t-test. Results:The final paper scores of the students in the experimental group (83.38±4.98) were significantly higher than those of the control group (76.48±5.86)( t=9.82, P<0.001). There were 106 students (87.60%) in favor of and very supportive of participating in classroom teaching, 99 students (81.82%) thought that participating in teaching could improve learning interest, 96 students (79.33%) thought that it could improve self-learning ability, and 99 students (81.82%) thought it could improve innovation ability, 99 students (81.82%) thought it could improve their teamwork ability, 96 students (79.34%) thought it could improve their communication and expression ability, and 94 students (77.69%) thought it could promote self-awareness. Conclusion:Under the large class teaching mode, the participation of higher vocational nursing students in classroom teaching can improve the teaching effect and students' various abilities.

Medical imaging technology is a "medicine plus engineering" major,with high practicality.It has characteristics of various courses,professional teaching,and expensive and rapidly-updated special equipments.Current investment in education cannot meet the training teaching requirements for cultivating the talents in medical imaging technology.Therefore,cooperation of school and hospital is necessary.The enrolled student of the five-year higher vocational education is the fresh graduate of junior high school.The practice proves that methods like progressive teaching,theory-practice integration,situational teaching and work-learning integration are suitable for five-year higher vocational education.In our study,the "3.5+0.5+ 0.5+0.5" work-study integration teaching mode in medical imaging technology of five-year higher vocational education is explored.

RESUMEN

To cultivate nursing students with international professional ability for higher vocational education is the key to promote the internationalization of Chinese nursing field. Through analyzing the de-veloping trends and problems of international nursing education in China, based on the international nurses' ability, and study from the nurses training model of Philippines, the international nursing training model was constructed. The paper discussed the selection and retention of students, emphasizing the cultivation of students' international nursing concept and professional English, focusing on the ISPN curriculum and the integration of theory and practice, encouraging the cooperation of international school and faculties sharing, adapting the students-centered teaching methods, and establishing a corresponding sound evaluation system.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training. METHODS:Based on the present situation of practical teaching system in higher vocational education,combined with the develop-ment of biomedicine industry,referring to foreign experience about vocational education mode,using the elements of the practice teaching system as the breakthrough points,hardware and software of practical teaching were highlighted and strengthened;the practical teaching system was established fromability oriented,practical teaching as the leadingpractical ability of vocational stu-dents and vocational ability talent training mode. RESULTS:The practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training was established on the basis ofthree-capacity,one body two wingspractical teaching target system,three standards,hierarchi-cal and modularpractical teaching content system,system and institutions,hardware and software managementstandard man-agement system,progressive training base platform,dual-level teaching staff,practical teaching supporting system of talented teacher group. CONCLUSIONS:The practical teaching system strengthen comprehensive practice ability training, can realize win-win between college and government,and of society. It can provide reference for improving practical teaching system of bio-medical specialty talents training.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the application ability of professional English for students major-ing in pharmacy in higher vocational education. METHODS:The career-oriented practical pharmaceutical English course and teach-ing system were constructed through the way of formulation of curriculum standards,establishment of teachers’team,development of school-based teaching material,application of CBI theme teaching mode and variety teaching methods,and it was carried out among students majoring in pharmacy in 2011-2014 grades in our school. Besides,experimental and survey research were used for the evaluation of Proctical Pharmaceutical English. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the academic achievement and questionnaire evaluation between 2 class before teaching(P>0.05);however,academic achievement and questionnaire evaluation were higher than 2 class after teaching,experimemal class higher than control class,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The career-oriented Practical Pharmaceutical English course and teaching system is feasible and effective;compared with traditional teaching,it can inspire students' interest in English learning,improve the ability to use English in the work and motivate their comprehensive qualities.

@#Objective To investigate the development of rehabilitation medicine, the knowledge, ability and quality requirements of stu-dents in different professional positions, and the demand for rehabilitation industry personnel in Hunan, China, and to discuss the strategies for improving the quality of vocational education. Methods 87 directors of personnel management or rehabilitation department in all levels of hospitals and 100 rehabilitation therapists were included from May to Semptember 2014. The rehabilitation medical service, education background of employees, professional positions, and the demand for rehabilitation knowledge, ability, and industry personnel were sur-veyed. Results and Conclusion Rehabilitation medical service was not sufficiently carried out for insufficient number of employees, unbal-ance structure and other deficiencies. Rehabilitation personnel training schools and enterprises need to strengthen the depth of integration, and improve the professional quality and clinical ability.

Objective By the reform of vocational nursing Maternal and Child Care course teaching methods,to solve the problems existing in higher vocational curriculum in five-year nursing specialty such as too much repetition in teaching content,low learning interest and enthusiasm in students,and not being able to reach target level of personnel training effectively.Methods Higher vocational nursing class 2 (51students) were extracted as the experimental group,class 3 (50 students) were extracted as as the control group from grade 2009.The experimental group adopted the project teaching method,the control group used the traditional teaching method.At the end of the course,the results of knowledge and operating skills between the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of the experimental group were better than the control group in memorizing theoretical knowledge examination,interpretation,application.There were no differences in individual skill examination skills assessment between the two groups,comprehensive skills assessment and total scores of the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusions Application of project teaching method in higher vocational nursing specialty maternal and child care course teaching in higher vocational cohesion.It can effectively avoid the repetition of teaching content which may lead to the low utilization rate in class,stimulate students' interest in learning,and develop students' comprehensive occupation ability,and make vocational course objectives to achieve high stage.

Objective To investigate and analyze the present situation and needs of the rehabilitation engineering profession. Methods It was investigated with questionnaire, interview to the hospitals and companies with or for assistive devices services, industry association and similar institutions, etc. The literatures were also reviewed. Results The industry of rehabilitation engineering is facing opportunities for de-velopment, and need a mass of professions of rehabilitation engineering technology, especially those of prosthetist, orthotist and technical support, etc. Conclusion The rehabilitation engineering technology is developing widely. The courses should be reformed to meet the differ-ent needs based on the standards and specifications.

RESUMEN

One of the biggest differences between ordinary undergraduate education and higher vocational education is more emphasis on the cultivation of students' vocational skills so as to adapt to so-cial demand and employment. In order to overcome the deficiencies in current teaching outline of voca-tional education and to change from subject knowledge teaching to applied skill cultivating , medical and health curriculum standard including 'curriculum philosophy, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation' four elements was formulated based on concepts of 'education as base , practice orientation and lifelong learning' and cultivation mode combining industry standard with cur-riculum teaching goal and combing work with study. All measures taken above were aimed at promoting coordinated development of students' knowledge, ability and emotion and satisfying the social demand for talent.

@#Objective To explore the effects of multi-teaching mode on traditional rehabilitation approaches in higher vocational education.Methods The students from 2007 rehabilitation class as the control group (n=35) were taught with routine mode and the students from 2008 rehabilitation class as experimental group (n=60) were taught with multi-teaching mode. The result of the examination and the questionnaire was compared after one semester. Results The experimental group got higher scores in examination of theory and practice than the control group (P<0.05). The result of questionnaire showed that the experimental group acquired more increase in some aspects such as the interest of study and self-study ability than the control group. Conclusion The multi-teaching mode may be easily accepted by students and can help them learn more knowledge effectively than before.

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of task-driven teaching mode on physical therapy teaching in higher vocational education. Methods40 students in 2006 rehabilitation class were taught with routine mode as the control group, while 35 students in 2007 rehabilitation class taught with task-driven mode and routine mode as experimental group. ResultsAt the end of the course, the results of examination in theory and practice were better in the experimental group than control group (P<0.01). 85.71%~94.28% students in the experimental group said that the task-driven teaching mode could improve their comprehensive quality especially the skill of practice, as well as the interest and ability of learning. ConclusionTask-driven teaching mode can improve the teaching effect on physical therapy, and received by most of the students.
