Objective:This article aimed to discusse the feasibility and effects of humanistic service using Kano model in outpatients .Methods:Using a self-designed Kano model outpatient humanistic service demand question-naire investigated clinic patients by using the Kano model analysis method , implementing humanistic service in the outpatient on the base of analyzing the starting point , and compare the satisfaction situation before and after the im-plementation .Results:There are service items including necessary quality , expected quality , attractive quality in Kano model analysis , 9, 8, 2 items respectively.After the implementation of humanistic service , patient's satisfac-tion increased significantly .Conclusion:The Kano model can be used in the outpatient services .The outpatient hu-manistic service could get the approvals from most outpatient patients .Outpatient humanistic service can improve the satisfaction of patients , so as to reduce medical disputes , alleviate conflicts between the doctors and patients , and improve the hospital popularity .

The service behavior of medical staff is influenced by the organizational environment and management mode of the hospital. That is to say, the organization and management determine the standardization and sustainability of a hospital's humanistic services, and organizational driving force is also an important factor for the staff to innovate their services. Organization and management of a hospital' s humanistic services is composed of three factors: service operation management, service elements management and service performance management. These factors ensure a hospital's humanistic services to achieve whole-staff-participation, sustainability and standardization.

Objective: To explore the application and clinical effects of humanistic service management in the management of NICU.Method: Humanistic service,management and education are conducted among neonate patients,their family members,nursing staff,and nursing students in NICU,and the outcome clinical effects are investigated.Result: The application of humanistic service dramatically increases the positivity,activeness,creativity,and cohesiveness of nursing staff,improves their overall quality,helps to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses,nursing students,and neonate patients' family members,enhances the satisfaction degree of neonate patients' family members and the nursing standard in NICU,and promotes the general improvement of hospital nursing service.Conclusion: The application of humanistic service in NICU initiates nursing service,improves hospital nursing standard,promotes the general development of NICU nursing,thus deserves to be further extended and applied.
