Objective To investigate the effect of different analgesia during labor and their side effect to the neonates. Methods Totally 130 puerperas were randomly divided into three groups: group A included 50 puerperas with analgesia by GT-4A workstation; group B included of 40 puerperas with mixed gas analgesia consisted of 50% of nitric oxide and 50% of oxygen; and group C(40 gravidas) as control group.
