RESUMEN

Objective: A high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet-fluorescence (HPLC-UV-FLD) derivative system was established and the anti-oxidant activity of the extract of Gongcheng Tea was preliminarily evaluated by using a micro-injector imaging system combined with a fluorescent probe. Methods: Hydrogen peroxide assay and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability experiments were carried out on the anti-oxidant activity of Gongcheng Tea. The anti-oxidant components of Gongcheng Tea were screened by HPLC-UV-FLD post column derivation system and analyzed by an ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q/TOF MS). At the same time, the hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity of tea and active components were tested by a micro-injector imaging system combined with a hydrogen peroxide fluorescent probe (NBCD) in living Drosophila melanogaster. Results: The method was simple and rapid, and three main anti-oxidant compounds, epigallocatechin, epigallocatechin gallate, and epicatechin gallate were found in Gongcheng Tea. And it was found that they could significantly reduce the level of hydrogen peroxide in D. melanogaster. Conclusion: It laid a material basis for the further study of the anti-oxidant activity of Gongcheng Tea, and provided a reference for the screening of anti-oxidants in natural products.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the efficacy of micro botulinum toxin A (BTX) combined with intense pulsed light (IPL ) treatment in facial rejuvenation patients .Methods A total of thirty patients (1 male ,29 females ,aged 35 to 55 years with average age of 45 .56 years) with facial pho-toaging in the Department of Medical Cosmetology ,Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from Jan . to Sept .2018 were enrolled as out-patients .Thirty patients were recruited in the study and randomly assigned averagely to the combination group and control group .All received standard IPL treatment every month for a total of 3 sessions .Patients in combined group received microinjections of diluted BTX on cheeks after the first IPL .VISIA CR images were analyzed before ,1 month and 3 months af-ter treatment .Dermatologists assessed the improvement of color spots ,wrinkles ,texture ,pore ,and erythema improvement .The patient satisfaction survey was analyzed .Results The effective rate of the combined group was better than that of the intense pulsed light group one month after treatment (χ2 = 6 .208 ,P = 0 .045) ,but there was no significant difference between the two groups three months after treatmen (χ2 = 1 .077 ,P = 0 .584t) .The patient satisfaction survey showed that there was no sta-tistical difference between the two groups .Slight erythema and bruising were observed but disappeared at the end of the treatment (P > 0 .05) .Conclusions The adjunctive use of MicroBTX can enhance treatment efficacy of IPL alone .It is a highly effective and safe treatment method for facial antiaging .

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To provide evidence for rational use and clinical monitoring of Alprostadil lipid-micro injection (Li-po-PGE1). METHODS:Adult inpatients receiving Lipo-PGE1 from hospital information system(HIS)of 159 hospitals were select-ed as research subject. Based on frequency statistics,population,clinical diagnosis,and average daily dose of Lipo-PGE1 were all studied. RESULTS:A total of 71687 adult inpatients were included,and the male was more than female,mostly aged 61-75. The hospitalization duration was 8-14 d(45.01%),most of patients were recovered(68.20%). Lipo-PGE1 was wildly used in the clin-ic,and was used for 871 kinds of clinical diseases in total;top 3 diseases were cerebral infarction(9.06%),non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (8.65%) and chronic ischemic heart disease (8.08%). The average daily dose of different diseases and different hospitals were significantly different,mostly≤12.5μg. CONCLUSIONS:As adjuvant drug,medical institutions and related super-vision departments should formulate reasonable monitoring index and strengthen medication guidance and evaluation of Lipo-PGE1.
