RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the effect of short-term modularized training mode with clear milestones for case competition of standardized residency training. Methods:Surgical residents, who attended the first case competition of Guangdong Province in 2020, were trained by short-term modularized training mode with clear milestones. This mode contained four modules: SP consultation training, training of disease characteristics and principles of diagnosis and treatment summary, medical documents and case analysis writing training, and comprehensive emergency case training. Results:After the training, they all made great progress in consultation, interpretation of exam results, and first writing of course record, but less in medical documents and case analysis. The satisfaction rate was 100%, and they all considered informed consent writing for operation and formulating principles of diagnosis and treatment summary as difficult tasks.Conclusion:Short-term modularized training mode with clear milestones might improve the level of consultation, interpretation of exam results, and first writing of course record effectively. While, the difficult point is clinical thinking about the surgical treatment, which must be trained more in routine work.

RESUMEN

To meet the requirement of pathological practice and development, we systematically analyzed the situation of pathological residents training and the importance of initiating the clinical scientific research training. Additionally, we proposed the principle and implementation strategy for clinical scientific research training. According to features of pathological practice, we employed the modularized teaching to divide the training courses into several modules: discussion module for clinical pathology, lecture module for advanced research, and training modules for basic scientific theory, technology and writing skill. With these approaches, the systematic and structured system of standardized residents training is implemented to improve the clinical research ability of pathological residents.

RESUMEN

Objective To develop a method for constructing a modularized support system of medical supplies for military operations other than war (MOOTW) and to evaluate its feasibility. Methods The existing disease/injury spectrum and the consumption information of medical supplies in MOOTW were collected. The medical supplies demand in MOOTW was divided into general demand, special demand, and supplement demand according to the principles of modularity, systems analysis, logical analysis and cluster analysis. And a modularized support system for medical supplies was subsequently designed. Results In accordance with the medical support missions and the analysis of loss due to noneffective, we constructed a modularized support system of medical supplies, which consisting of 32 basic modules in 4 categories. The catalogues of medical supplies for 7 common MOOTW missions were proposed based on the analysis of the consumption rules of medical supplies in MOOTW. The decision-making system for modularized support of medical supplies in MOOTW was designed in line with actual requirement of medical supply support in MOOTW. Conclusion Simulating test has demonstrated that the proposed decision-making system for modularized support of medical supplies in MOOTW can improve the flexibility, adaptability, and reliability of medical supply, and it is a new approach to implement precise medical supply support.
