Many voting activities such asThe Best Medical Workers put medical workers onto moral high ground,while medical dispute,medical anomie and other news pushed them to the abyss of criticism.These are all involved in the pan-moralization of medicine-related consensus of mass media.Taking specific opinion as example,this paper listed the pan-moralization characteristics including judging the complicated problems with ethical standard merely,evaluating behaviors of physicians and patients with idealistic principles,determining the whole moral outlook from the individuals,analyzed the reason of social emotional outbursts,traditional moral interference,media ethics anomie,and lack of public rationality,and finally proposes the strategies to avoid pan-moralization of medicine-related consensus from the micro and macro level.

Discursos sobre comportamento de risco à saúde e a moralização da vida cotidiana / Discourses about health risk behaviour and the moralization of the everyday life

O texto aborda criticamente a polaridade entre discursos sobre estilos de vida saudáveis e sedentarismo no contexto dos novos recursos tecnológicos de busca e disseminação de informações em saúde. Argumenta-se que a racionalidade tecnocientífica contemporânea fez emergir uma "economia das verdades" que, na perspectiva de conduzir a estilos de vida seguros, tem prescrito um ideário normativo de autodisciplina gerador de angústias e de consumo de artefatos agenciadores de gastos calóricos. Na produção hegemônica desses regimes de verdade, o sedentarismo se apresenta como conduta de risco à saúde, equivalendo à falência moral e inaceitável falta de cuidado consigo. Enfatiza-se que a profusão de discursos sobre estilos de vida e risco, tomados como dispositivos biopolíticos imbricados nos processos comunicacionais em saúde, merece foco por suas implicações éticas e políticas. A espetacularização de modos de vida associados ao consumo e a produção de narrativas que influenciam perversamente nossa cultura têm nos distanciado de uma noção de saúde socialmente possível. Discute-se, enfim, a essência reguladora de tais referentes simbólicos na construção de sistemas de conhecimento que vêm (re)definindo o que é ser saudável, normal, doente.

The text analyses critically the polarity between discourses about healthy life styles and the sedentariness in the context of new technologies for health information research and dissemination. We argue that the techno-scientific rationality has grown an 'economy of trues' which, on the perspective of conducting to safe life styles, has prescribed a normative ideal of self discipline which tends to generate distress and consumerism of artifacts of burning calories. In the hegemonic production of systems of truth, sedentariness has been seen as a kind of unhealthy behavior that is ranked as moral failure. Emphasis is given about the multiple discourses embracing life styles and risk, taken as biopolitics devices imbricated in the communication processes in health, which has to be lightened up for their ethics and politics implications. The spectacularization of life styles associated to the consumption and the production of narratives that have badly influenced our culture, making bigger the distance of a socially possible notion of health. We discussed the regulatory essence of such a symbolic reference in the construction of knowledge systems that have been (re)defined what is to be healthy, normal and unhealthy.

A espiritualização da paixão: Sobre a moralização dos impulsos em Nietzsche / The spiritualisation of passion: On the 'moralisation' of impulses in Nietzsche

Investigamos neste artigo a noção de espiritualização da paixão, no contexto da obra tardia de Nietzsche. É necessário determinar os possíveis avanços e as repetições em relação à investigação da moralização dos impulsos na obra "O crepúsculo dos ídolos", após o abandono do projeto da vontade de poder. Questionamos se há, para além do aspecto negativo da moralização das paixões, um sentido positivo de espiritualização, enquanto autoconfiguração de impulsos do indivíduo nobre singular.

We investigate in this article the notion o spiritualization of passion, in the context of Nietzsche's late philosophy. It is necessary to determine the possible advances and the repetitions related to the investigation of the moralization of impulses in "Twilight of the idols", after the abandonment of the Will to power project. We question if there is, beyond the negative aspect of the moralization of passions, a positive sense of spiritualization, as self-configuration of impulses of the singular noble individual.

A compreensão jurídica, médica e "leiga" do embrião em Portugal: um alinhamento com a biologia? / La comprensión jurídica, médica y "lega" del embrión en Portugal: ¿en línea con la biología? / Legal, medical and lay understanding of embryos in Portugal: alignment with biology?

Pretende-se contribuir para o debate em torno dos processos de circulação de conhecimentos e sentidos entre especialistas e "leigos" no que concerne ao estatuto dos embriões humanos em Portugal. Reflete-se sobre as expectativas e preocupações manifestadas quanto à confiança, qualidade, segurança e eficácia das tecnologias médicas de reprodução assistida. O estudo assenta na realização de entrevistas individuais, com vistas a explorar as complexidades, similitudes e diferenças entre as visões e os valores de juristas, médicos e casais envolvidos em tratamentos de fertilização in vitro. Trata-se de uma análise qualitativa em um estudo de caso. Se os juristas e os médicos enquadram o estatuto dos embriões em categorias de índole biológica, técnica e/ou jurídico-legal, já os casais estabelecem com os mesmos diversas relações ontológicas de índole moral, afetiva e social, pelo que estes podem ser representados como seres éticos face à biologização médico-legal dos embriões.

Our aim is to contribute towards the debate about the processes through which knowledge and meanings regarding the status of human embryos circulate among experts and laymen in Portugal. Expectations and concerns expressed regarding the reliability, quality, safety and efficacy of medical technologies for assisted reproduction were assessed. This study is based on data from individual interviews that sought to explore the complexities, similarities and differences among the views and values of jurists, doctors and couples involved in in vitro fertilization treatments. It consists of a qualitative analysis on a case study. If jurists and doctors frame the status of embryos as categories of a biological, technical and/or legal nature, couples establish between themselves a variety of ontological relationships of a moral, affective and social nature. Through these, they can be represented as ethical beings, thus contrasting with the medical-legal biologization of the embryos.

Se pretende contribuir para el debate en torno de los procesos de circulación de conocimientos y sentidos entre especialistas y "legos" en lo que concierne al estatuto de los embriones humanos en Portugal. Se reflexiona sobre las expectativas y preocupaciones manifestadas respecto a la confianza, calidad, seguridad y eficacia de las tecnologías médicas de reproducción asistida. El estudio se basa en la realización de entrevistas individuales con la intención de explorar las complejidades, similitudes y diferencias entre las visiones y los valores de juristas, médicos y parejas implicados en tratamientos de fertilización in vitro. Se trata de un análisis cualitativo en un estudio de caso. Si los juristas y los médicos encuadran el estatuto de los embriones en categorías de índole biológica, técnica y / o jurídico-legal, las parejas establecen con ellos diferentes relaciones ontológicas de índole moral, afectiva y social; por lo que pueden ser representadas como seres éticos frente a la consideración médico-legal de los embriones.
