RESUMEN

Applying the effective teaching design to the teaching of Clinical Medicine Summary can improve the teaching quality of the course, the learning enthusiasm and effectiveness of non-clinical major students, so as to achieve the teaching purpose of the course. Practice has proved that optimizing the professional curriculum content, rationally using the information resources to mobilize students study initiative, improving teachers' own quality to improve teaching methods and means, changing the test standards and assessment methods and other effective teaching designs can significantly improve the teaching quality of the course, the students' learning motivation and learning effect, and achieve the teaching objectives.

RESUMEN

The paper analyzes current situation of the non -medical majors and literature information retrieval course in Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) colleges and universities , points out the course reform objectives and key points .By taking Liaoning Universi-ty of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example , it discusses the characteristics of non -medical majors and needs for the literature in-formation retrieval course , and proposes the teaching approach of literature information retrieval course for non -medical majors in TCM colleges and universities .

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate employment of non medicine majors in medical universities and colleges and to provide recommendations.Methods Investigation on employment intention of 2010 grade non medicine majors in medical universities and colleges in Guangzhou was conducted.SPSS 13.0 was used to establish database and results were expressed as constituent ratio.Results Most non medicine majors wanted to find a job rather than taking postgraduate entrance exams and civil service test.Realizing their own values was the main purposes of employment.Preferred employment areas were mainly concentrated in large city(71.08%)and urban city(18.67%).Students expect a monthly salary between 3001 and 4000.Conclusions Employment intentions of non-medical students in medical universities and colleges are rational enough and career planning education should be strengthened.
