RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the methods and effects of vocational nursing students participating in the teaching of Nursing Psychology under the large class teaching mode. Methods:The two co-curricular classes of the vocational nursing specialty in this semester were randomly selected as the experimental group (5 boys and 116 girls) and the control group (3 boys and 115 girls). The experimental group adopted the model of student participation in the classroom, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The differences in the final paper scores of the course between the two groups were compared, and the teaching effect of the students in the experimental group was investigated by self-made questionnaire. SPSS 23.0 was used for t-test. Results:The final paper scores of the students in the experimental group (83.38±4.98) were significantly higher than those of the control group (76.48±5.86)( t=9.82, P<0.001). There were 106 students (87.60%) in favor of and very supportive of participating in classroom teaching, 99 students (81.82%) thought that participating in teaching could improve learning interest, 96 students (79.33%) thought that it could improve self-learning ability, and 99 students (81.82%) thought it could improve innovation ability, 99 students (81.82%) thought it could improve their teamwork ability, 96 students (79.34%) thought it could improve their communication and expression ability, and 94 students (77.69%) thought it could promote self-awareness. Conclusion:Under the large class teaching mode, the participation of higher vocational nursing students in classroom teaching can improve the teaching effect and students' various abilities.

RESUMEN

Narrative medicine reform based on narrative pedagogy has became a development trend in foreign medical education, while domestic narrative pedagogy is still in the stage of exploration and development. In view of the problems existing in nursing psychology teaching, based on the new perspective of narrative medicine, on the basis of learning the practical experience of narrative pedagogy at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a new idea of narrative teaching reform of nursing psychology. We discuss and explore the reform of nursing psychology's narrative pedagogy from three aspects: collection and creation of narrative material resources, assisting narrative pedagogy with network platform, and constructing narrative pedagogy procedures in combination with reality.

Abstract Objective To analyze the association between the presence of stress in nursing students and sociodemographic and academic vulnerabilities. Methods Analytical research conducted with 455 nursing students, whose data were obtained by means of a questionnaire to identify sociodemographic and academic vulnerabilities, and by the Lipp's Stress Symptoms Inventory. The association between variables was tested by Pearson's chi-square (p <0.05), the strength of this association by odds ratio, and logistic regression (backward method) was used to fit the model. Results Among all students, 64% presented stress with the following associated factors: sex (p <0.010), age group (p <0.029), marital status (p <0.001), children (p <0.001), occupational status (p <0.001), cost of education (p <0.009) and current study period (p <0.001). In the final model these factors remained: sex, marital status and current study period. Conclusion Women, students with partners, and those in the senior year of college were more likely to present stress.
