RESUMEN

Online health community is a new medical treatment mode combining the Internet and medical treatment. Patients can get medical services through the network. However, it cannot be ignored that patients’ trust will be affected by the uncertainty of online medical information, the unsafe factors of patients’ private information, the insufficient standardization of the diagnosis and treatment process, and other issue in the process of using this new medical treatment mode. By taking measures such as improving the information quality in online health community, enhancing patients’ cognitive ability of health information, perfecting privacy protection measures in online health community, advancing patients’ participation in online health community and ensuring the standardization of diagnosis and treatment process, patients’ trust can be improved.

RESUMEN

Objective:To summarize the research on the application of online health community-based user personain the field of cancer at home and abroad, so as to provide reference for the related research and application in this field in the future.Methods:Computer search of CNKI, China biomedical literature database, VIP, Wanfang, Web of Science, Embase, MEDLINE, PubMed, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, a total of 10 Chinese and English databases, focused on the relevant research on building user personas based on online health communities in the field of cancer, and the search time limit was from the establishment of the database to April 20, 2022. Literature was screened, data extracted and summarized.Results:Totally 11 literatures were included. The construction process of user persona based on online health community included data collection, tag extraction and persona presentation. The functional diversity and implementation feasibility were showed in the application content in the field of cancer. It can quickly identify the differences in health information needs of cancer patients, provide personalized decision support and nursing services, strengthen health information education, and improve patients′ self-management ability.Conclusions:The integration of user persona and cancer field based on online health community was in the initial exploration stage, and the feasibility and effectiveness of promoting patients′ health behavior were confirmed by existing studies. In the future, it is still necessary to be promoted in the empirical research on its application in clinical practice, so as to lay a foundation for providing targeted patient health management programs in the future.

RESUMEN

Online health community is the typical mode of online health service.The government encourages the development of the internet-based health services to propose the health policy.Through finding out problems of online health communities,and analyzing the practice and theory status of literature research,political suggestions are put forward for online health development.Through summarizing the development status and practice effect of online health community,the achievements and problems of online health communities in China are analyzed.The rational use of online health communities helps to optimize health care resource allocation.However,there is no mature models and regulation.The development and the impact of health care reform needs further study.

Objective:The online health community is a new business model which combines of the internet in-formation technology and the medical service. Through analyzing the development of the online health community in China, the author puts forward the policy recommendations to promote the rapid integration of internet technology and the traditional medical services. Methods:The crawler program of collecting data from haodf. com website is built up, and information was gathered from 166 hospitals in Beijing and 12,497 physicians' personal online platform informa-tion was analyzed. Data regarding the development of online health community were analyzed from the aspects of phy-sicians' activity, patients' visits and satisfaction, etc. Results:The information of hospitals and physicians provided by Haodf. com website was mainly gathered from public tertiary level hospitals. The professional titles of the physicians are mainly intermediate and deputy-senior ones. Only one-third of the physicians who opened the personal online pa-ges keep high activity and the patient satisfaction score was very high. Conclusion: The online health community in China has a certain scale and began to gradually change the traditional medical service system thereby altering the mode of medical treatment. However, its development prospects of important factors are based on the data usability and effectiveness of the online perform and deep using in health reform.

RESUMEN

Objective:To analyze the service pattern provided by online health community and the conversion of online health community to offline health systems. To put forward the problems and suggestions on integration of online and traditional health services. Methods: The crawl programming is programmed to acquire and analyze data from haodf. com website, including the online consultation, telephone counseling, and referral appointments, etc. Results:The results show that the average number of replies is 14 times for two weeks, the total reply is 418 times, the telephone answering rate is only 0 . 08%, and the referral rate to offline is 2 . 96%. Conclusion: The conversion rate of online health community in China is lower than e-commerce service. The recommended index of telephone consulting is more instructive to patients. The services mode provided by the online health community is still single, and the profit model is not even clear.
