RESUMEN

The construction of a countywide community for medical and health services is designed to upgrade the service capacity of primary medical and health institutions, to promote resource sharing and collaborative services, and promote the hierarchical medical system. Huzhou of Zhejiang province has launched its initiative in building a countywide community for medical services since 2018. The authors summarized its main practices in promoting the integration of the management system and optimizing operating mechanism of countywide medical and health institutions, promoting the reform of the county medical and health governance system, as well as the achievements and shortcomings, with a view to providing reference for promoting the high-quality development of the countywide medical and health service system.

RESUMEN

Under the background of the new medical reform, the performance evaluation of public hospitals is become increasingly strict and the operating pressure as well. Refined management of public hospitals is an effective way to improve the operation and management efficiency of public hospitals and promote its high-quality development. In view of the main problems faced in operation and management, a tertiary hospital launched the practice of refined management in May 2019. Through the implementation of the DRG-PPS reform, construction of information-based operation management system, reconstruction of the performance evaluation index system and promotion of Internet hospital diagnosis and treatment services, the hospital effectively improved its medical service quality, clinical path management capacity and department operation and management efficiency, comprehensively advancing high-quality development of the hospital.

With the continuous promotion of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals, public hospitals urgently need to change the management mode, achieve connotative development, and seek benefits from their own management, which has become an urgent task than ever. The authors expounded the construction and application practice of the hospital intelligent operation management platform, took the information construction as a tool, built the operation data warehouse, established the department accounting model, and explored the construction path of the hospital intelligent operation management, so as to provide a reference for promoting the scientific, refined and informatization of the hospital operation management, and improving the operation management level.

RESUMEN

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan, cabin hospitals have played an important role in preventing the spread of the epidemic and admitting all the patients and suspected ones. As one of the first three cabin hospitals in Wuhan, Jianghan cabin hospital under care of Wuhan Union Hospital has efficiently fulfilled its purpose of admitting patients of mild symptoms. Measures taken by the cabin hospital include clearing its positioning, optimizing its layout, establishing organization structure, setting up the rules and regulations, and strengthening the prevention and control of hospital infection. This article briefly summed up the operation and management practices of the cabin hospital, and analyzed its management difficulties, hence putting forwards suggestions on medical emergency management system of China, for references of hospitals and authorities in charge.

The reform of medical insurance payment mode was an important lever to regulate medical service behavior and guide the allocation of medical resources.The DRG payment system of China was entering the stage of empirical research and practice testing.Combined with the internal operation mechanism of public hospitals in China,the DRG payment methods of hospitals were divided into preparation period,simulation period and the implementation period.The implementation pathway of implementing DRG payment in public hospitals was discussed from the perspective of hospital information system transformation,settlement process transformation and data simulation test.According to the incentive effect of DRG payment method on hospital cost efficiency and the characteristics of "output" of standardized hospitals,it analyzed the impact of DRG payment method on hospital operation management from the aspects of cost management,performance management and subject development.

Yinchuan city began since January 1,201 5 to implement the“Disease scoring settlement under total budget”for hospitalization cost settlement.The new settlement method impels the hospitals to strengthen internal management,strengthen cost control,implement clinical pathway,strengthen the construction of hospital informationization,and standardize the hospital medical information upload.This paper covered the policy background and hospital internal management requirements,as well as hospital response measures,for reference of government healthcare authorities in the formulation of policy specific measures,and for the hospital’s medical insurance management department to adjust management mode and work flow,in order to better respond to and implement the policy.

RESUMEN

Objective Using principal components analysis and weighted TOPSIS method to make objective and accurate evaluation of hospital operation management quality.This aims at proving whether such methods are scientific and feasible for comprehensive evaluation for the quality of hospital operation management and providing the basis for hospital decision making.Methods 15 typical Hospital Performance Indicators were chosen from a cancer hospital during 2008-2012,which were subject to TOPSIS method and principal components analysis,weighted TOPSIS method for comprehensive evaluation.Results The results with principal components analysis and weighted TOPSIS method conform to the actual hospital conditions and prove the rising quality of operation management of the hospital.That is,the closer the date,the higher the ranking.Conclusion Principal components analysis and weighted TOPSIS method are proven flexible,practical,scientific and reliable and suitable for popularization and application in the quality evaluation of hospital operation management.

The service behavior of medical staff is influenced by the organizational environment and management mode of the hospital. That is to say, the organization and management determine the standardization and sustainability of a hospital's humanistic services, and organizational driving force is also an important factor for the staff to innovate their services. Organization and management of a hospital' s humanistic services is composed of three factors: service operation management, service elements management and service performance management. These factors ensure a hospital's humanistic services to achieve whole-staff-participation, sustainability and standardization.

RESUMEN

In light of the idea of realizing management by capital, the authors expound the theoretical basis of implementing the integration of the capital of funds and the capital of knowledge and give an account of their hospital's experience in this aspect. By introducing capital and talented personnel, viz. by liquidating remnant assets through the capital of knowledge and by seeking benefits through capital integration, the hospital has succeeded in inventing a new way of utilizing talented personnel resources and stimulating talented personnel to greater efforts, thus enhancing the speed of its accumulation of capital and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
