Círculos de Reflexión y lógica P2P: Una alternativa didáctica a la Colonización del MOOC / P2P Reflection and Logic Circles: A Didactic Alternative to MOOC Colonization

Resumen En la era digital, es importante transitar hacia una Educación Popular Transmedia. El concepto es una articulación entre la tradición histórica latinoamericana iniciada por Paulo Freire y el reconocimiento de la categoría Transmedia de Scolari (2018) como la más adecuada para definir el conjunto de saberes implicados en la vivencia activa en comunidades híbridas virtuales/análogas. En este orden, la estrategia implementa da desde el modo de enseñanza online y la constitución de comunidad del Instituto de Pensamiento y Cultura en América Latina (Ipecal) se constituye en una apuesta esencial y de sentido.

Abstract In the digital age, it is important to move towards a Transmedia People's Education. The concept is an articulation between the Latin American historical tradition, initia ted by Paulo Freire, and the recognition of the Transmedia category by Scolari (2018) as the most suitable one to define the set of knowledge involved in the active expe rience in virtual/analog hybrid communities. In this order, the strategy implemented from the online teaching mode and the community constitution of the Institute of Thought and Culture in Latin America (Ipecal) is an essential and meaningful com mitment.

Identificación molecular del sexo en 9 especies de aves del Centro de Investigación en Animales Silvestres de la hidroeléctrica de Itaipu, lado paraguayo / Sex identification by molecular methods in 9 species of birds from the wild animal research center of Itaipu dam on the paraguayan side

La importancia de determinar el sexo en especies monomórficas que viven en cautiverio conlleva a estrategias de apareamiento a fin de poder incentivar la reproducción. Existen métodos no moleculares de reconocimiento pero son factibles en edad adulta y mucho más difícil cuando son polluelos. Mediante la técnica molecular de PCR, se amplificó el gen de la Cromo Helicasa de Unión al ADN empleando los cebadores, 2550F/2718R. Por este método molecular se consiguió determinar el sexo en 19 de 23 especies de las cuales 3 son ejemplares de: Amazona aestiva, 1 de Pipile grayi, 1 de Bubo virginianus, 4 de Ara chloropterus, 6 de Crax fasciolata, 2 de Caracara plancus, 3 de Chauna torquata, 1 de Cariama cristata y 2 de Cairina moschata del Centro de Investigación de Animales Silvestres de ITAIPU binacional, del lado paraguayo. Nuestros resultados sugieren que el par de cebadores 2550F/2718R podría ser de utilidad para determinar el sexo en las especies estudiadas en el país.

In monomorphic species living in captivity, determining the sex is important because it may allow choosing mating strategies to enhance reproduction. Sex can be determined either by non-molecular recognition methods, which are only feasible in adult birds, or by molecular techniques, which may allow sexing monomorphic species at young ages. Thus, in this study, we used molecular techniques such PCR to amplifying the CHD gene by using 2550F/2718R primers. This method allowed us to determine the sex in 19 out of 23 bird specimens from the Centro de Investigación de Animales Silvestres (CIASI) of the ITAIPÚ BINACIONAL at Paraguayan side. The specimens belonged to the following species: Amazona aestiva (3), Pipile grayi (1), Bubo virginianus (1), Ara chloropterus (4), Crax fasciolata (6), Caracara plancus (2), Chauna torquata (3), Cariama cristata (1) and Cairina moschata (2). The 2550F/2718R primers were useful for determine the sex of the studied species.

Location of resources in personal digital library with P2 P technology based on interests of users / 中华医学图书情报杂志

A P2P technology-based personal digital library sharing model, MIPDLM, was established using the P2 P technology according to the decentralized characteristics of personal digital library in order to improve the per-sonal digital library sharing, in which the topology remodeling was studied according to the interest clusters in per-sonal digital library. The searched messages are constantly transmitted to personal digital library with a high interest similarity, which can thus reduce the searching scope. Simulation experiment showed that MIPDLM could improve the successful searching rate, reduce the average path length, and increase the location rate of resources.

The social reputation-based incentive mechanisms in preventing the free riding behaviors were put for-ward according to the analysis of personal digital library and P2P technology. Since the reputation value of personal digital library was calculated according to the maximum flow algorithm, personal digital library must increase its reputation value by sharing the resources when it is going to obtain the necessary resources it wants.

Redes colaborativas, ética hacker e educação / Collaborative production, hacker ethic and education

O texto discute as transformações do mundo contemporâneo a partir da presença intensa de tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação. Analisa o que denominamos de labirinto espaço-temporal, constituidor da hipertextualidade do mundo contemporâneo. Parte da compreensão das tecnologias digitais para discutir as novas linguagens e a sua apropriação pela juventude. Analisa a produção do conhecimento em função do movimento global de produção colaborativa de conhecimento livre com base na denominada ética hacker para, pensar a educação numa perspectiva colaborativa. Destaca o papel da cultura digital enquanto espaço aberto no qual os novos modos de relacionamento e de intercâmbio de culturas promovem, potencialmente, novas possibilidades de produção de conhecimentos e culturas. Propõe ao final, considerar a educação com base na pluralidade construindo novas educações.

The paper focuses on the transformations of the contemporary world with the intense presence of digital information and communication technologies. It analyses what we call space-time labyrinth which characterizes the contemporary hypertextuality of the world. Based on an understanding of digital technologies, we discuss the languages associated with it and its appropriation by the youth. We analyze the production of knowledge considering the global movement of free and collaborative production of knowledge through digital technologies, based on the so-called hacker ethic. We also think about education from a collaborative perspective, emphasizing the role of digital culture as an open place for new modes of relationships and exchange of cultures, promoting new possibilities for the production of knowledge and cultures. Finally, we propose to consider education from a plurality view for the construction of new forms of education.

Design of real-time tele-monitoring system for physiological multi-parameter based on Internet / 医疗卫生装备

A real-time tele-monitoring system for physiological multi-parameter based on Internet is introduced,and physiological signals are transmitted by P2P network technology.The experiment results show that the speed of data transfer has been improved greatly using P2P technology,and physiological signals,such as ECG,can be monitored in real-time.
