Enterobacter cloacae is a facultative anaerobic Gram-negative bacteria,and it mainly causes pulmonary infection.It was one of the most common conditioned pathogens in recent years,and its treatment and drug resistances have attracted more and more attention.Meanwhile,there were many further studies about antimicrobial susceptibility and drug-resistance mechanisms of E.cloacae.E.cloacae shows multi-drug resistance to antibiotics through complex resistant mechanisms.The study gives a brief review on the infection treatments and drug-resistance mechanisms of Enterobacter cloacae.

Objective@# To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on recurrent oral ulcer.@*Methods @#68 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were treated in our hospital, 68 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The control group received outpatient symptomatic treatment and uninterrupted given cydiodin, vitamin C and compound vitamin B tablets for oral treatment; treatment group were given outpatient treatment and traditional Chinese medicine ointment conditioning based on syndrome differentiation. To observe and compare clinical efficacy of the treatment group.@*Results @#The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11%, which was significantly better than that of the control group 28.13%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).@*Conclusion@#Traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can significantly reduce recurrence rate, improve the immune function of the body, clinical efficacy, the quality of life of patients.

Cerebral radiation necrosis (CRN) is a serious complication of radiotherapy for intracranial tumors and skull base tumors.Since there lacked effective therapeutic methods in the past,CRN was once considered to be progressive and irreversible.With the development of histopathology and neuroimaging,the development and progression of CRN is gradually clarified,and new therapeutic methods have been developed.In recent years,the scholars at home and abroad have tried to use bevacizumab (a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor),nerve growth factor,and ganglioside in the treatment of CRN and have achieved definite therapeutic effects.In some patients,cerebral necrosis was even repaired and reversed.This article reviews the incidence,pathophysiology,treatment,and prognosis of CRN.

Constitution factor plays an important role in the occurrence, development, and transformation of diseases. The occurrence of allergic diseases is mainly caused by the disorganized physiological function and suitability regulation of patients, except for their exposure to outside allergens. Moreover, it represents susceptibility and hypersensitivity to allergens. The current study expresses the concept of allergic constitution from the perspective of Chinese medicine (CM) and presents the criterion of allergic constitution. In addition, the distribution of allergic constitution in population, its factors, and its relation to health-related quality of life (HRQOL) were investigated. The HRQOL scores of allergic constitution were found to be lower than those of the Pinghe constitution. After making a study on the gene expression profile of allergic constitution, the characteristics of up-regulated or down-regulated genes were found. Finally, CM drug was researched and developed to improve allergic constitution. Based on clinical trials and animal experiments, CM is found to have good regulatory effects on allergic constitution.

El objetivo central del Programa Nacional de Formación de Especialistas para la Atención Primaria Urbana es el de contribuir a elevar la resolutividad y la calidad de la atención de salud, en forma equitativa, para la gran mayoría de la población. Para lograrlo, los especialistas en formación deben integrarse, durante sus rotaciones por atención primaria, a las estructuras y funciones de cada Centro de Salud. Para contribuir a ello, este artículo presenta una definición detallada de los grupos de tareas que ellos deben cumplir y de la ponderación de los tiempos asignados a cada uno, de manera específica para cada especialidad y para cada etapa del proceso de especialización. Se enfatiza la importancia de mantener la unidad de los equipos de cuatro especialidades dentro de un sector con territorio y población definidos, además del requisito fundamental de que el equipo aporte al Centro de Salud en su conjunto, actuando como referente interno y como capacitador; y fortaleciendo las funciones de promoción y prevención en los niveles familiar y comunitario. A la vez, los Centros de Salud deben alcanzar y mantener los niveles de recursos y de funcionamiento especificados en las normas y orientaciones del Ministerio de Salud.
The main objective of the National Training Program for Specialists assigned to urban Primary Health Care Centres is to contribute towards the improvement of the quality and problem solving effectiveness of care, with equity and for the great majority of the population. In order to achieve this, the specialists in training must be integrated, during their primary care stages, into the structure and functions of each Primary Health Center. As an input for this process, and on the basis of the existing experience, this paper presents a detailed definition of the groups of tasks that they should perform and of the time alloted to each of them. This is specified for each speciality and for each training stage. It is important to maintain the cohesion of the teams of four specialities (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics an Gynecology, and Psychiatry) connected to a given territory and population, as well as to comply with the fundamental requisite that they contribute to the Health Center as a whole. This they should do by acting as an internal referral level and as a training resource for the other professionals; and by strengthening the health promotion and protection functions at the family and community levels. In turn, the Centres shoud strive to reach and maintain the resources and functioning levels indicated in the norms of the Ministry of Health.

Aim To investigate the effects of gastrin-17 on NF-κB signaling pathway in human colon cancer cells-Colo320WT.Methods All subjects were divided into four groups: control, gastrin-17,gastrin-17+L365,260 (gastrin-17 receptor blocker) and L365,260 group.Concerning gastrin-17 group,Colo320WT cells were treated by gastrin-17 for 12 h.Concerning gastrin-17+L360,265 group, Colo320WT cells were pretreated by L365,260 for 30 min and then were treated by gastrin-17 for 12 h.Concerning L365,260 group,Colo320WT cells were pretreated by L365,260 for 30 min.NF-κB DNA binding activity was determined by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Expressions of uPA protein and mRNA were assayed by Western blot and RT-PCR, respectively.Results NF-κB DNA binding activity increased more greatly in the Colo320WT cells stimulated by gastrin than that of the control group. And the expressions of uPA protein and mRNA were up-regulated more markedly than those of the control group. The above responses resulting from gastrin-17 were partly blocked by gastrin-17 receptor blocker, L365,260.Conclusion Gastrin-17 may activate NF-κB signaling pathway in human colonic cancer cells Colo320WT.

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence of the intense mental disorder of the diagnosed population, prepared for the prevention and cure of psychosis in the community.MethodsAn national prevention and cure of psychosis table was carried out family by family to diagnose, with the group consisted of the leader of village, psychiatrists, doctors being engaged in the prevention and cure of mental disorders, cadre of village.ResultsIn the 1528133 population, 10266 were diagnosed as mental patients, with the rate of diagnosis of 6.72‰. Of that non-therapists were 6649, account for 64.77%; in the 3617 ever-therapists, 2487 had ever recurred, with the recurrcence rate of 68.76%.ConclusionThe prevention and cure and scientific research of psychosis should be paid more attention.

Objective: To explore the Prevention and Cure of the Complications of video - assisted Laparoscopic Lumbar Sympathectomy (VALLS). Methods; 13 cases of Buerger' s disease treated with VALLS were retrospectively reviewed. Results; Serious complications were not found in all the patients. Only two cases developed aerodermectasia. Conclusions: VALLS is the ideal minimally invasive surgery for Buerger's disease. Only then grasps the laparoscopic operation skill and anatomy of retroperitoneal space, protects the neighbor important structures, can the complication fall to the lowest.

Objective To evaluate the function of the domestic sickbeds set up by our hospital in the prevention and cure of non infectious chronic diseases. Methods A perspective study was made through offering health education, guidance and home treatment to 116 cases using domestic sickbeds and employing the method of self management. In addition, the clinical treatment results of the patients and the rate of their satisfaction towards domestic sickbeds were surveyed, analyzed and assessed. Results Through long term follow up visits, it was found that compared with the intermittently standardized group and the completely non standardized group, the control rate of chronic diseases in the standardized group with systematic management and treatment was significantly higher while the rates of complications and mortality were much lower (P

Methods All subjects were divided into four groups: control, gastrin-17,gastrin-17 + L365,260 ( gastrin-17 receptor blocker) and L365,260 group. Concerning gastrin-17 group,Colo320WT cells were treated by gastrin-17 for 12 h. Concerning gastrin-17+L360,265 group,Colo320WT cells were pretreated by L365,260 for 30 min and then were treated by gastrin-17 for 12 h. Concerning L365,260 group,Colo320WT cells were pretreated by L365,260 for 30 min. NF-?B DNA binding activity was determined by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Expressions of uPA protein and mRNA were assayed by Western blot and RT-PCR,respectively. Results NF-?B DNA binding activity increased more greatly in the Co-lo320WT cells stimulated by gastrin than that of the control group. And the expressions of uPA protein and mRNA were up-regulated more markedly than those of the control group. The above responses resulting from gastrin-17 were partly blocked by gastrin-17 receptor blocker,L365,260.
