[Objective]Analyzing clinical experience and academic view of Pro. LIAN Jianwei for the treatment of eructation in order to completely learn and master his experience.[Method] Analyzing 4 belching cases of Pro. LIAN, and combining his therapeutic experience and view. [Result] According to the view of Pro. LIAN Jianwei, there are 4 common types in clinic, the type of accumulation in stomach and intestine, the type of spleen and stomach deficiency, the type of liver qi stagnation, the type of liver and spleen disharmony. Promoting digestion and harmonizing stomach to treat the type of food accumulation in stomach;benefiting qi and strengthening spleen to treat the type pf spleen and stomach qi deficiency;smoothing liver and regulating qi to treat type of liver and stomach disharmony; regulating liver and spleen to treat type of liver and spleen disharmony;eliminating damp to treat type of spleen deficiency with damp;activating blood to treat stasis caused by prolonged diseases. Prescriptions of Pro. LIANbased on methods which changed with syndromes. He insisted that treatments base on differentiation;prescriptions base on methods, which make effect well. [Conclusion] It is worthy for our students to learn and imitate clinical experience and academic view of Pro. LIAN Jianwei for the treatment of eructation.

This paper recorded experience on clinical treatment of Mumps from the aspects of pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and examples of proved cases.The aim of this paper was to summarize and exchange experiences,80 as to facilitate the smdents'interest in study,and to improve teaching level of clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.

According to many years' clinical experience,professor HONG Guang-xiang proposed that etiology of bronchial asthma mainly included : qi-yang deficiency was the internal cause,phlegm and stasis on lung was the basic reason,six exogenous pathogenic factors were the most common inducement factors.He firstly raised therapeutical viewpoint of "treating asthma with full course warming method"(warmly diffusing,warmly dredging,warmly dispelling,warmly resolving and warmly invigorating),which was significant for clinical application.Three cases of exterior cold and interior fluid retention,heat due to phlegm stagnancy and chronic persistent bronchial asthma were presented to further explain the clinical application of full course warming method.

‘Typhoid fever and Miscellaneous Diseases’is well known as‘the origin of prescription’. Prescriptions in this book are reliable, exquisite and rigorous, can cure hard diseases using very few kinds of TCM. The principle of‘corresponding prescription to symptom’makes proved cases simple but highly effective to complex illnesses. This thesis introduced four proved cases of remedying miscellaneous internal medicine diseases under the guidance of determination of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, principle of correspondence of prescription and syndrome, the author used classic prescriptions, such as Wuzhuyu Decoction, Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction, Guizhi and Houpo Xizi Decoction and Dachaihu Decocion.
