Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interleukin-2 injection in the treatment of pleural effusion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 78 patients with pleural effusion in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were treated with recombinant human interleukin-2 injection treatment and nursing data. Results After the treatment,patients had chest tightness, chest pain, fever, shortness of breath and other symptoms, and two cases of cardiotoxicity cases. Conclusion In the process of treatment of pleural effusion with recombinant human interleukin-2 injection, it should be combined with targeted care to reduce the incidence of clinical adverse reactions and cardiotoxicity, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅱ( CINⅡ) associated high risk HPV with LEEP combined interferon and recombinant human interleukin -2.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with CIN Ⅱwere selected during Feb.2012 and Feb.2013.The patients were random-ly divided into four groups(40 patients in each group):the control group(LEEP),group A(LEEP united with in-terferon),group B(LEEP united with recombinant human interleukin -2)and group C(LEEP united with inter-feron and recombinant human interleukin -2).TCT,colposcope examination and HPV were reviewed ,and the curative effects , postoperative complications and negative conversion rate of HPV -DNA were compared after three and six months of the treatment .Results The cure rate and negative conversion rate of HPV -DNA in group C were 92.5%and 95%,which were significantly higher than others groups ( P<0.05) after six months of treatment .The time of wound healing ,duration of vaginal discharge and bleeding time in group C were also shorter than others groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of LEEP combined with interferon and recom-binant human interleukin -2 is superior to LEEP and LEEP united interferon or interleukin -2,which is not only shorter healing time ,but also fewer complications .The therapeutic method is worthy to be applied widely .

Recombinant human Interleukin-2 (rhIL-2) continues to be in therapeutic application for the treatment of melanoma and renal cell carcinoma. A regimen of several, repeated dose, daily intravenous injections for 14 or 28 days duration has been shown to induce mortality prior to scheduled terminal sacrifice of the animals. The conventional study design not only manifests in pre-terminal mortalities but also minimizes the characterization of toxic profile of the molecule. In humans, each intravenous treatment exposure involves two five-day treatment cycles separated by 9 days of rest period. The current 28-day study has been designed with three cycles of treatment and two rest periods, each treatment period comprising 5 days of consecutive treatment with 6 or 7 days of rest period. The study included three dose levels at 10, 20 and 40 times the human dose. Treatment related clinical signs such as reduction in the spontaneous activity of animals, abdominal breathing and scruffy coat were noticed in a few animals treated at mid- or high-dose levels. Treatment induced adverse changes were apparent in platelet counts and plasma activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) at mid- or high-dose levels. Histopathology revealed inflammatory cell infiltrates and/or its associated degenerative/regenerative changes in lung, liver and kidneys. The pharmacodynamic response, increase in white pulp was observed in the spleen, which was also evident in the total leukocyte count (WBC count) with a primary increase in the counts of lymphocytes and eosinophils. At the lowest dose level, which was 10 times the human dose, there were no manifestations of major adverse toxicity.

Objective To evaluate the effects of combined administration of recombinant human interleukin-11(rhIL-11),recombinant human G-CSF(rhG-CSF)and recombinant human interleukin-2 (rhIL-2)on acute radiation sickness(ARS)beagles.Methods Sixteen beagle were irradiated with 4.5 Gy60 Co γ-rays to establish ARS models,and were divided into irradiation control group,supportive care group and combined cytokines treatment group.After irradiation irradiation control group was given no treatment,the dogs in supportive care group received purely symptomatic treatment,while combined cytokines treatment group received rhIL-11 50μg/(kg·d)and rbG-CSF 10μg/(kg·d)subcutaneously(0-14 d)and rhIL-2 1×1 06 U/d(29-43 d)besides symptomatic treatment.Manifestation and characteristics of ARS beagles were observed,and the survival time were recorded.At last,post-mortem examination and histological examination were performed.Results All animals underwent nausea,diarrhea and fever.After irradiation,all animals in irradiation control group died in two weeks,and the mean survival time was 12.7 d,while only one died at 33 d in supportive care group.All dogs in combined cytokine group survived at 45 day after exposure,and their haematopoiesis and gastrointestinal tract were recovered.Conclusions Combination of rhIL-11 + rhG-CSF + rhIL-2 treatment could be significantly effective on ARS beagles irradiated by 4.5 Gy60 Co γ-rays,which could accelerate injured haemotopoiesis and intestinal tract recovery,increase the survival rate and improve the life quality of animals.
