Objective To study the effect and adverse reaction of lactulose oral solution on the treatment of postpartum constipation.Methods A total of 120 patients with postpartum constipation were randomly divided into treatment group (n=61) and control group (n=59).The treatment group received 15 mL lactulose oral solution,twice a day.The control group received wheat cellulose particles 3.5 g,twice a day.After the improvement of symptoms,the patient''s medication frequency was changed to 1 time a day,the course of treatment was 2 weeks long.The curative effect(including before treatment,period during the treatment,and the first week after finish the whole treatment) and the recurrence of constipation after treatment were observed.Results The frequency of defecation per week in the treatment group was(3.83±1.61)times,that in the control group was(3.09±1.53)times at the first week after treatment(P0.05) after follow-up to 60 d.The degree of drug acceptance in two groups was 100.00% and 76.27% respectively(P<0.01).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both two groups.Conclusion The effect of lactulose oral solution on the treatment of postpartum constipation is definite and with low recurrence rate.Lactulose oral solution has a good taste,easily to be taken and to be accepted,it is worthy of clinical application.

@#AIM: To analyze the application value of corneal limbus stem cells transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. <p>METHODS: Totally 300 patients(318 eyes)with pterygium were divided into 2 groups according to treatment methods. Patients of the control group(70 patients with 77 eyes)were given simple surgical resection, while patients of the observation group(230 patients with 241 eyes)were given corneal limbus stem cells transplantation after surgical resection. The postoperative recurrent rate, corneal epithelium incision healing time, corneal epithelium healing degree, pain score and tear film break-up time were observed. <p>RESULTS: The corneal epithelium incision healing time of the observation group and control group were respectively 5.2±1.9d and 6.4±1.7d, and the difference had statistical significance(<i>P</i><0.05). There was no patient recurred in the observation group, while there were 7 eyes(9.1%)recurred in the control group, and the difference between groups had statistical significance(<i>P</i><0.05). At 1wk after treatment, there was no significant difference in corneal epithelium healing degree and pain score between groups(<i>P</i>>0.05). At 2wk after treatment, the corneal epithelium healing degree of the observation group was better, and the pain score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, the differences between groups had statistical significance(<i>P</i><0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in tear film break-up time between groups(<i>P</i>>0.05). At 1 and 2wk after treatment, the tear film break-up time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(<i>P</i><0.05). <p>CONCLUSION: Corneal limbus stem cell transplantation can prevent postoperative recurrence of pterygium effectively, and its postoperative tissue repair effect is superior to simple surgery.

Objective To explore the effect of health education and psychological nursing on prevention of bladder cancer recrudesce.Methods 168 cases of patients suffered from bladder cancer were divided separately into 86 cases as the observation group and 82 cases as the control group at random.The observation group was given surgery and routine treatment as well as health education and psychological nursing intervention.The control group received only surgery and routine treatment.The SAS and SDS were applied to measure psychological situation of the patients of the two groups and rate of bladder cancer recrudesce was also compared after taking health education and psychological intervention.Results The anxiety and depression score were lower,the recrudesce rate of tumor was decreased in the observation group than the control group.Conclusions Health education and psychological nursing can eliminate psychological barrier of the bladder cancer patients suffered from anxiety and depression,in-tensify the treatment confidence,improve recovery,increase living quality and prevent tumor recrudesce.
