Resumo: O propósito do presente artigo é enfocar as relações sociais de sexo à luz da tradição marxista, no intuito de desvendá-las como relações sociais estruturantes no capitalismo. A partir dos relatos de assistentes sociais judiciários, especificamente em processos de retificação de nome e de sexo jurídico, procurou-se propor elementos para aproximações às vivências de sexo como um complexo de relações sociais que o modo de produção capitalista engendra para dominação, exploração e opressão.
Abstract: The purpose of this article is to focus on sexual and social relationships in the light of the Marxist tradition them as structuring social relationships in capitalism. From the reports of judicial social workers, specifically in processes of name correction and legal sex, we tried to propose elements for approximating the experiences of sex as a complex of social relations that the capitalist mode of production engenders for domination, exploitation and oppression.

Resumo O artigo apresenta as três abordagens sobre gênero mais comuns nas pesquisas no campo do Serviço Social brasileiro. São elas: o marxismo, as relações sociais de sexo e a interseccionalidade. Enquanto as duas primeiras são mais recorrentes, a última começa a adentrar as produções da área. O texto discute cada uma, mostra suas potencialidades e limites e estabelece algumas conexões entre elas. Por fim, aponta para lacunas presentes nas investigações sobre gênero no Serviço Social.
Abstract The article presents the three most common approaches to gender in research in the field of Brazilian social service. They are: Marxism, social relations of sex and intersectionality. While the first two are more recurring, the latter begins to enter the productions of the area. The text discusses each of them, shows their potentialities and limits and establishes some connections between them. Lastly, it points to gaps in the investigation of gender in social work.

Este artigo se propõe a apresentar algumas pesquisas analisadas por Pascale Molinier acerca dos sistemas defensivos contra o sofrimento no trabalho de care. Para ela, se as situações de trabalho que produzem sofrimento não são as mesmas para homens e mulheres, os sofrimentos e, consequentemente os sistemas defensivos para lidar com eles, serão sexuados - alguns são masculinos, outros femininos. Sob o ângulo combinado da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e das Relações Sociais de Sexo, as pesquisas de Molinier permitem demonstrar que esta tendência à "sexuação" das defesas se dá não em função da "natureza" dos homens e das mulheres, e sim em decorrência da divisão sexual do trabalho. Estas pesquisas evidenciam ainda que certas modalidades da subjetividade classicamente atribuídas à constelação psíquica da feminilidade são, em grande parte, diferenciações contingentes e secundárias à experiência do trabalho.Palavras-chave: Relações Sociais de Sexo; Psicodinâmica do Trabalho; sistemas defensivos; trabalho de care.(AU)
This article aims to present some research analyzed by Pascale Molinier on defense strategies against suffering at caring labor. Under her perspective, if the work situations that produce suffering are not the same for men and women, the sufferings and consequently the defense systems to deal with them will be distinct regarding sex - some are masculine, some feminine.Under the combined perspective of Psychodynamics of Work and Sex Social Relationships, these researches allow to demonstrate a tendency to the "sexuation" of the defenses, not because of the "nature" of men and women, but because of the sexual division of work. These studies provided evidence that the modalities of subjectivation classically attributed to the psychic constellation of femininity are mostly contingent diferentiations and secondary to the experience of work.(AU)
