LibQUAL and Ridit-based analysis of needs for subject service in medical libraries of Guangdong Province / 中华医学图书情报杂志

After a subject service level assessment system was established by investigating the subject service in medical libraries of 5 Guangdong universities with LibQUAL +questionnaire, the needs of users for subject service were analyzed using Ridit and product scale respectively, which showed that the users are more interested inserv-ice effectiveness and control of resources and information than subject librarians.
