Esse livro se propõe a ser um exercício de sistematização da experiência do Curso de Especialização em Saúde Pública, executado pela Escola de Governo em Saúde Pública de Pernambuco (Oferta 2019- 2021). Escrito por todos os envolvidos na formação, em um registro reflexivo e afetivo, os capítulos são de autoria da equipe pedagógica ESPPE, discentes e docentes. A publicação tem como objetivo dialogar as experiências proporcionadas pela formação, realizar reflexões sobre os temas importantes para a Educação Permanente em Saúde e compartilhar os Projetos de Intervenções (TCC) formulados pelos estudantes das três turmas. Assim, o livro pretende, a partir da sistematização da experiência do curso, articular as vivências, o debate teórico e político relacionados à formação de sanitaristas.(AU)

This book proposes to be an exercise in systematizing the experience of the Specialization Course in Health Public, carried out by the School of Government in Public Health of Pernambuco (Offer 2019-2021). Written by all involved in training, in a reflective and affective register, the chapters are authored by the ESPPE pedagogical team, students and teachers. The publication aims to dialogue the experiences provided by training, carry out reflections on important topics for Permanent Education in Health and share Intervention Projects (TCC) formulated by the students of the three classes. So the book intends, from the systematization of the experience of the course, articulate the experiences, the theoretical and political debate related to the training of public health professionals. Este livro é uma das ações do Plano de Educação Permanente em Saúde de Pernambuco, elaborado em 2018 para o quadriênio 2019- 2022, e consolida uma estratégia de induzir a produção de conhecimento para a saúde no âmbito da Secretaria Estadual de Saúde de Pernambuco. É fruto de uma chamada pública intitulada "Caminhos da Política de Gestão do Trabalho e da Gestão da Educação na Saúde para o desenvolvimento do SUS em Pernambuco", cujo objetivo foi registrar e compartilhar as produções teóricas, os resultados de estudos e pesquisas e as experiências das equipes que atravessam a área da Gestão do Trabalho e da Gestão da Educação na Saúde no estado de Pernambuco.
