Objective:To strengthen the standardized management of instrument and equipment sharing and users of public research platforms in general hospitals.Methods:Taking the Research Center of Basic Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University as an example, this study analyzed the service status and current predicaments of the instruments and equipment since the establishment of the large-scale instrument sharing system and discussed the optimization construction and management strategies of the scientific research platform.Results:Although there are still many problems in the sharing system and equipment management, safe, intelligent, and convenient equipment information management should be achieved to a certain extent by differentiated sharing, differentiated supervision, personalized training, and other strategies, leading to fully sharing of instruments and equipment within a certain range and improvement of scientific nature of management.Conclusions:The problems existing in our Research Center of Basic Medicine are common to other scientific research platforms. It is expected to provide a good reference for the platform management of other universities and affiliated hospitals, which is of great significance to improve the scientific research level and hospital management level of general hospitals in the future.

Objective:The optimal allocation of resources is the focus of hospital administrators, and how to improve efficiency is one of the key problems. This paper aims to establish the new mechanism of hospital equipment sharing to optimize the resource allocation.Methods:Taking large-scale general hospital as an example, set up rules for sharing the scientific research equipment in the hospital, establish information management platform to assure the unify and smart management of large-scale scientific research instruments.Results:Through hospital policy-making, information system construction, reward-punishment mechanism updating, a tailored opening and sharing construction scheme of scientific research instruments and equipment in the hospital was established.Conclusions:The construction of equipment sharing platform plays important role in optimize resource allocation, improves the efficiency of existing equipment, and avoids redundant and inefficient use and repeated purchases, which provides strong support for the sustainable development of scientific research in the whole hospital.

Objective:Standardized sample resources and high-quality clinical big data are important resources for medical research, only through resource sharing can maximize its utilization.Which can be utilized to the max only through resource sharing.Methods:This paper attempts to explore the sharing mechanism of the resource sharing platform and proposes some aspects such as the platform construction background, management regulations, legal ethical system, data sharing principles, benefit distribution, etc.This article attempts to explore the sharing mechanism based on the resource sharing platform of the respiratory disease biobank, proposes the contents that should be included in the sharing mode.Detailed information including the platform construction background, management procedures, legal and ethical system, data sharing principles and benefit distribution should take into consideration in the operating mechanism of the platform.Results:Establishing a resource sharing platform matches the development of clinical research in China.The tailored sharing model which is suitable for the field of respiratory diseases will also guide the rapid development of clinical research.Conclusions:The construction of a respiratory disease biobank sharing platform is conducive to promoting the opening and sharing of biological samples and information resources in the context of big data.

Acute pancreatitis ( AP ) is one of the common disorders of gastrointestinal system in clinical practice characterized by sudden onset, long course of disease, complex complications, severe conditions, heavy social and economic burden and the like. Recent years has seen a decreasing mortality due to the update and promotion of a series of therapeutic concepts. However, as the imbalance of comprehensive healthcare levels among different regions in China, substandard diagnosis and treatment of AP still exist, lowering the overall success rate of AP treatment. Moreover, the waste and miss of AP patients' data during the treatment period affect our original innovation in the field of AP research. Thus, after the accumulation of long-term exploration and practice, we integrated diverse data resources and established a single-disease database of AP by cooperating with computer and artificial intelligence ( AI) professionals, finished the deployment of hardware and network arrangement, generated a logical system of "business database→scientific database→sharing database", and built AP data sharing platform (www. ap-database. com), providing the fundamental functions including browse, search, upload and download ( with permissions) . We hope to share the abundant and free medical date with clinicians, computer or AI practitioners and attract communications and cooperation from different fields, which may deepen new values from current data mining and advance the research on AP.

The paper summarizes features of the resources construction mode of the national scientific data sharing platform for popu -lation and health and analyzes main problems existing in the management , standardization and normalization of platform resources con-struction.On this basis, it proposes thinking and suggestion , and points out that a complete mechanism for resources assessment and ac-cess should be formed as soon as possible for the platform , the work progress of standardization should be promoted positively and the awareness of opening and sharing scientific data should be strengthened .

The use of electronic medical records in Beijing hospitals was investigated and some feasible suggestions were put forward for the sharing of electronic medical records according to the problems in their use in order to pro-mote medical information sharing in Beijing hospitals.
