Objective:To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with interferon-α (IFN-α) on the expression of STAT1 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma cells,and to elucidate its mechanism of IFN-α synergistic effect.Methords:The effect of IFN-α injection alone or combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the proliferation of MHCC97-L cells was detected by MTT assay.IFN-α was detected by Real-time PCR and Western-blot respectively.The expression of STAT1 mRNA and protein in the experimental group,the negative control group (NaCl) and the blank control group were determined,and the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the transcription and expression of STAT1 was determined.The expression of STAT1 in lentiviral vector MTT assay was used to detect the effect of IFN-α alone or in combination with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the STAT1 gene silencing cells.The expression of STAT1 was detected by RT-PCR and Western-Blot in MHCC97L cells.Strain,on cell proliferation.Results:Compared with IFN-α alone,Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with IFN-α enhanced the inhibitory effect of IFN-α on MHCC97-L (P＜0.01) and up-regulated the expression of STAT1mRNA and protein (P＜0.05).Successfully constructed the STAT1 gene silent in the MHCC97-L cell line.There was no significant difference in the inhibition rate of MHCC97-L between Shenqi Fuzheng injection and IFN-α (P＞0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can up-regulate the expression of STAT1 in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line MHCC97-L,so as to increase the effect of IFN-α.

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Shenqifuzheng injection in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 58 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,29 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Shenqifuzheng injection,250mL,one time a day,intravenous drip;Before and after treatment,compared between the two groups of patients with serum tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 1β levels,efficiency of treatment and safety.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05); the treatment efficiency of the experimental group(93.11％)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.52％,P<0.05).Conclusion The Shenqifuzheng injection can significantly reduce the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1βin elderly patients with chronic heart failure,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve clinical efficacy,and safety was high.

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenqifuzheng injection on T-cell subsets and oxidative stress in patients with diabetes mellitus . Methods 90 cases of 2 diabetes patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group,the control group treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was given Shenqifuzheng injection based on the control group.The levels of peripheral blood T cell subsets,serum oxidative stress metabolites glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase and catalase,the control of blood glucose were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of Th17,Treg and Th17/Treg in control group compared with before treatment had no significant difference, the levels of Th17 and Th17/Treg in observation group were obviously decreased and lower than in control group (P<0.05);the content of Treg in observation group was increased significantly and higher than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CAT in observation group was lower than control group,GSH-PX and SOD were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the GLU,2h PG,HOMA-IR and HbA1C (%) in observation group were significantly decreased than before treatment and lower that in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection can effectively improve the T cell subsets and oxidative stress levels in diabetic patients , help to control blood sugar.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shenqifuzheng injection combined with sulfasalazine (SASP) in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) ,and to evaluate the effect of CX3CR1 on colonic mucosa of UC in treatment with shenqifuzheng injection .Methods Fifty‐one patients with active mild to moderate UC were collected during the period from January 2012 to June 2014 in the second people′s hospital of Lianyungang ,which randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,and setting up health group of 15 cases .Experimental group were treated with shenqifuzheng injection combined with SASP ,control group were only with SASP ,health group were no‐treatment control .The modified Mayo scoring results and the expression of CX3CR1 on co‐lonic mucosa of the same lesion site were observed before and two weeks after treatment separately .Results The total positive rate of CX3CR1 on colonic mucosa in patients with ulcerative colitis was 88 .37% before treatment ,The total positive rate of CX3CR1 on colonic mucosa in health group was 20 .00% ,There was significant difference between two groups (Z= -2 .689 ,P<0 .01) .Two weeks after treatment ,the expression of CX3CR1 on colonic mucosa and the modified Mayo scoring results in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .The clinical comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (Z= -2 .085 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combination of shenqifuzheng injection and SASP is more effective than using SASP alone in the treatment of UC .Shenqifuzheng injection may play important role in the treatment of UC by inhibiting the expression of CX3CR1 on colonic mucosa .

Objective To explore the influence of Shenqifuzheng injection on efficacy of chemotherapy and immune function in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods 60 postoperative patients with gastric cancer were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group by the digital table,30 cases in each group.The control group was given FOLFOX regimen chemotherapy.The observation group received FOLFOX regimen combined with the treatment of Shenqifuzheng injection.The recurrence and metasta-sis,survival,immune function and adverse reactions of the patients were observed and the patients were observed before and after chemotherapy.Results The chemotherapy cycle of the observation group was (3.95 ±0.40),which was significantly higher than (3.40 ±0.30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t =6.025,P <0.01).The progression free survival in the observation group was (9 ±2.4)months,which was significant-ly longer than (6.6 ±3.2)months in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t =3.286,P <0.01).The reduction rate in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.320,P <0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (χ2 =4.320,P <0.05).KPS[(83.51 ±15.37)points]and QLQ -C30[(82.01 ±9.45)points]of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [KPS (74.62 ±13.22)points and QLQ -C30 (74.62 ±13.22)points],the differences were statistically significant (t =2.298,2.491,all P <0.05).After chemotherapy,gastric cancer patients ratio of CD +3 ,CD +4 ,CD +4 /CD +8 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the ratio of CD +4 /CD +25 in the observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05).Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX chemo-therapy for gastric cancer patients has low adverse reaction rate,and can effectively improve the immune function.

Objective To observe the shenqifuzheng injection (SFI) combined with PG therapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Method 76 patients with NSCLC were selected from August 2011 to August 2013 and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group had 38 cases. The control group received gemcitabine and cisplatin, observation group were gave SFI on the basis of control group. The total efficiency, disease control rate, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after treatment in each group. Results The total effective rate was 47.37%in observation group , 42.11%in control group, there was no significant difference between two groups. The disease control rate in observation group was 81.58%higher than 57.89%in control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.990, P<0.05). The improvement rate in quality of life was 60.53%in observation group better than 31.58%in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.296, P<0.05).The decrease incidence of white blood cell (χ2=4.491, P<0.05) and platelets (χ2=4.491, P<0.05) in observation group were significantly lower compared with the control group, while, there were no difference of liver damage and gastrointestinal reactions between two groups. Conclusion SFI is helpful to improve the efficacy of PG therapy in patients with NSCLC and relieve the side effects of chemotherapy.

Objective To investigate the effect of Kang' ai injection and Shenqifuzheng injection on liver function of patients with advanced primary liver cancer after being performed transcatheter arterial chemomembolization (TACE).Methods 120 patients with advanced primary liver cancer were randomly divided into three groups:a control group,a Kang'ai injection group,and a Shenqifuzheng injection group,with 40 patients in each group.All three groups were treated with TACE,and after TACE the control group was treated with anti-infection,inhibiting-acid,protecting-liver function and Shuganning tablets,20 ml/day.On this basis,the Kang'ai injection group was additionally injected with Kang'ai injection,40ml/day,and Shenqifuzheng injection group was additionally injected with Shenqifuzheng injection,250ml/day.All three groups were treated for 15 days.Liver function was tested and compared at the 3rd day,the 7th day and 14th day after TACE in all three groups.Results At the 14th day after TACE,ALT,AST,TBiL,and TBA of the Kang' ai group and Senqifuzheng group [(40.35 ± 10.10) μmol/L、(37.52 ± 10.57) μmol/L、(40.13 ± 8.36) μmol/L、(45.19 ± 19.65) μmol/L in Senqifuzheng group; (40.11 ±7.31) μmol/L,(34.99±9.38) μmol/L,(32.15±6.58) μmol/L,(40.75 ± 6.79) μmol/L in Kang'ai group] were greatly improved than the control group [(61.28 ± 13.38) μmol/L,(57.53 ± 13.36) μmol/L,(68.69± 7.25) μmol/L,(67.75 ± 17.88) μmol/L],with statistical significance (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion Kang'ai injiection and Shenqifuzhcng injection both can reduce liver function damage caused by TACE,thus they can be used together with TACE for treating advanced primary liver cancer.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects, adverse reaction and quality of life when advanced lung cancer patients were treated with chemotherapy alone (control group) or combined with Shenqifuzheng Injection (a traditional Chinese Medicine injection, treated group). Methods In the treated group, beside NP scheme chemotherapy, a 250 ml of Shenqifuzheng Injection was given intravenously per day for 6 successive weeks, while to the control group, only chemotherapy was given. Results The effective rate in the treated group and the control group was 46.7% and 36.7% respectively after 2 cycles chemotherapy, with no significance was found.
