RESUMEN

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai method in treating lower extremity atherosclerotic disease (LEAD) and on hemodynamic index and vascular endothelial function. Method:One hundred and five patients were randomly divided into control group (52 cases) and observation group (53 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group were treated for controlling blood sugar, blood fat, blood pressure and given aspirin enteric-coated tablets, 100 mg/day, cilostazol tablets, 100 mg/day, 2 times/day. In addition to the therapy of control group, patients in observation group were given modified Danggui Sini Tang and Buyang Huanwu Tang for oral and washout, 1 dose/day. The treatment course lasted for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, ankle brachial index (ABI) was detected. And intimal thickness of shallow femoral shallower, arteriae tibialis posterior and arteriae dorsalis pedis, hardening degree, patch size and degree of stenosis were detected by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were scored. And levels of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB), erythrocyte electrophoresis, fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 ([25(OH)D3]), endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and homocysteine (Hcy) were detected. Result:By the rank sum test, the clinical effect in observation group was better than that in control group (Z=2.371, PPPPPP3] and NO were higher than those in control group (PConclusion:Modified Danggui Sini Tang and Buyang Huanwu Tang can ameliorate hemodynamics and vascular endothelial function, improve ABI, relieve arteriosclerosis and narrow degrees, and alleviate clinical symptoms.

RESUMEN

[Objective]Discussing the clinical experiences in children long-term fever diseases case with warm therapy.[Methods]Collecting, organizing and analyzing the cases on children long-term fever diseases with warm therapy in our department.By analyzing the Renshen Baidu San case,Guizhi Tang case,Guizhi Reushen Tang case,Fuzi Lizhong tang case,Sinitang case,to expound thoughts of diagnosising and syndrome differentiation in treating children long-term fever diseases with warm therapy.[Results]For the five cases which were caused by suffering cold-evil or who were yang-deficiency,such as deficient person contracted by external cold,wind-stroke syndrome of Taiyang channel,Taiyang-Taiyin combination disease,Taiyin-Shaoyin combination disease,Shaoyin syndrome, using relieving methods such as superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs, tonifying and strengthening the body qi,sweating and releasing the exterior, regulating ying and wei, warming the middle and relieving exterior syndrome, warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney, and restoring yang to rescue from counter flow, and prescribe the prescription such as BaiDuSan,Guizhitang,GuiZhi RenShen Tang,FuZi LiZhongTang,SiNi Tang, often obtain a better curative effect.[Conclusion]Applying the thoughts of the six-meridian syndrome-differentiation,using the warm-methods to treat children long-term fever caused by cold syndrome, acquired a good effect, deserving promotion in clinic in further.

RESUMEN

To analyze the endogenous metabolite changes in rat plasma after intervention by Sini Tang and Sini Tang without Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma based on GC-MS metabonomics technology, and study the toxicity reduction effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Sini Tang on Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata. Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, Sini Tang group and Sini Tang without Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma group on average. The rats in Sini Tang group and Sini Tang without Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma group were treated respectively with physic liquor by intragastric administration at the dose of 0.02 mL•g ⁻¹ (equivalent to 0.8 g•mL ⁻¹ crude drugs) once a day for 7 days. The rats in normal group were given with equal volume of saline solution. The plasma samples were collected from each rat 0.5 h after the last administration for GC-MS detection. The data was used for multivariate statistical analysis to obtain 14 potential metabolic markers(13 of them were identified). Then their relative content and metabolic pathways were analyzed. Compared with Sini Tang without Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma group, seven metabolic markers of were reduced in Sini Tang group. Analysis on physiological functions of these potential metabolic markers showed that the Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Sini Tang could reduce the toxicity of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata by adjusting the glycolysis, lipid metabolism, citrate cycle and some amino acids metabolism.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Huayu Sanjie Decoction ( WHSD) for the treatment of adenomyosis with the syndrome of blood deficiency and cold stagnation. Methods Seventy qualified patients were evenly randomized into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with Mirena intrauterine contraceptive device, and the observation group was treated with WHSD ( composed of Danggui Sini San, Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Tang, Shixiao San and Rhizoma Sparganii, Rhizoma Curcumae). The clinical outcomes included the menstrual blood volume, menstrual cycle, menstruation, degrees of dysmenorrhea, uterine volume, and serum CA125 level in the two groups before treatment and 3, 6 months after treatment. Results ( 1) After treatment for 6 months, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%, significantly higher than 85.71% in the control group ( P<0.05). ( 2) After treatment, dysmenorrheal degrees, menstrual blood volume, menstrual cycle, menstruation, uterine volume, and serum CA125 level were improved in both groups ( P<0.05) , and the observation group had better effect on relieving dysmenorrhea, improving menstruation, and decreasing CA125 level than the control group ( P<0.05). ( 3) No obvious adverse reaction was found in the observation group, but most of the cases in the control group had menstrual disorder such as vaginal irregular bleeding and prolongation of menstruation. Conclusion WHSD has certain therapeutic effect on adenomyosis with the syndrome of blood deficiency and cold stagnation, and can also obviously improve the quality of life of the patients.

RESUMEN

Object To study the effects of SINI TANG (SNT) on the rat aortic rings pre-contracted by high K + and phenylephrine (Phe). Methods The effects of SNT on the aortic rings in the presence of 60 mmol/L KCl and Phe (1?10 -9 -1?10 -4 mmol/L) were observed and t heir me chanisms were studied after treatment with Propranolol (Pro, 3?10 -6 mmol/ L) and Bay K8644 (BK, 1?10 -5 mmol/L) as tool drugs. Results SNT inhibited the contraction induced by cumulative Phe and decreased the maximum tension (T max ); Pro couldn't influe nce the effects of SNT. SNT attenuated the amplitude of contractile effect of hi gh K +; BK couldn't reverse the effects of SNT. Conclusion SNT can shift the dose-response curve to the right and decrease the T max . It shows that SNT is a kind of noncompe titive antagonism. SNT decreases the effect of high K + against contraction of the artery. BK, a L-type Ca 2+ channels activator, couldn't recover the inhibition induced by SNT. The results suggest that SNT inhibit ? 1 recep tor, while calcium channel may not be involved in attenuating the effect of SNT on high K +-induced contraction.
