RESUMEN

Seeds are the source for the production of Chinese medicinal materials. The seed authenticity and quality of directly affect the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicinal materials. The seed quality is faced with the problems such as mixed sources, existence of adulterants and seeds stocked for years, low maturity, and low purity. To ensure the high-quality and sustainable development of the Chinese medicinal material industry, it is urgent to standardize the seed market and identify and evaluate the quality of the seeds circulating in the market. Seed identification methods include visual inspection, microscopic observation, micro-character identification, chemical fingerprinting, molecular identification, electronic nose, X-ray diffraction, electrochemical fingerprinting, spectral imaging, and artificial intelligence. These methods have different application scopes and unique advantages and disadvantages. According to the different species of Chinese herbal medicines and different requirements of testing sites, suitable methods can be selected to achieve rapid and accurate identification with low costs. In the future, the seed identification methods should be developed based on emerging technologies with interdisciplinary knowledge, and intelligent, nondestructive, and single-grain detection methods are needed for the modern Chinese medicinal material industry. This paper introduces the seed identification technologies currently applied in research and production, compares the principles, applicability, advantages, and disadvantages of different technologies, and provides an outlook on the future development of seed identification technologies, aiming to provide a reference for the identification and quality evaluation of seeds of Chinese medicinal material.

RESUMEN

The clinical value of Chinese patent medicine is the core direction of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. The precise clinical positioning determines the way to prove the value of the drug, and is a key link to highlight the clinical value. This paper presented a case study of clinical positioning for Chinese patent medicine, namely Qizhi Tongluo capsules, and the key technical framework of precise clinical positioning of Chinese patent medicine, which was manifested as a comparison of prescription target spectral effect, discovery of core value of prescription, and confirmation of clinical positioning trial. The technical framework was designed to address a range of issues in the realm of precise clinical positioning. Before the clinical positioning trial, based on the multi-component, multi-target, and multi-phenotype data of prescription and clinical indication, the multi-omics network analysis technology was used to identify the core value of the traditional Chinese medicine varieties and predict the potential clinical advantages. Then, based on the predicted clinical advantages, reasonable efficacy indicators were selected, and the clinical efficacy was judged and verified by dynamic and flexible innovative clinical trials to improve the success rate of clinical positioning. This research paradigm integrates "omics technology" with "evidence-based" principles and follows the "precise evidence-based" concept. This research aims to provide a new strategy and method for the precise medication and positioning of Chinese patent medicine with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics after being put into the market and provide more technical thinking for traditional Chinese medicine to move towards precise medicine.

Introduction: Subjective auditory-perceptual measurements, GRABS (Grade, Roughness, Asthenia, Breathiness y Strain) and CAPE-V (Consensus Auditory Perceptual Evaluation of Voice) have been the gold standard in voice evaluation. Recently, the smoothed cepstral peak prominence (CPPS) has been imposed as the acoustic measurement, objective and more robust for dysphonia severity. Objectives: The cepstral analysis of the PRAAT program was evaluated in patients with a patho-logical and non-pathological voice in Colombian Spanish speakers and the standard values for the CPPS in connected language (CPPSc), compared with the perceptual analysis of the voice (GRBAS). Methods: An observational, analytical, cross-sec-tional, multicenter diagnostic test was performed with 120 individuals. The voice was recorded and the CPPSc was analyzed with the PRAAT program. The auditory-perceptual assessment was applied by two expert evaluators for the GRBAS scale. Results: The average age was 43.3 ± 18.1 years, 64.2% were women. The mean CPPSc in the dysphonic group was 6.40 dB, while in the group of normophonic indi-viduals it was 8.54 dB, with significant differences between both groups (p=0.000). Sensitivity of 83.6% and specificity of 96.2%; for pathological voice was established in patients with CPPSc values less than 7.38 dB. A high correlation was found in the CPPSc value with the severity of dysphonia. Conclusions: The value of CPPSc through the Praat program is an efficient measure, due to its high validity, low cost and easy application to objectively evaluate dysphonia and its severity.

Acute macular neuroretinopathy is a rare condition with complex pathogenesis and microvascular cause. It appears with acute onset, with paracentral scotomas corresponding to obvious paramacular lesions. Advances in multimodal imaging made it possible to characterize this retinal disorder and to create new concepts. Serraf, in 2013, identified two forms by spectral domain optical coherence tomography: type 1, known as paracentral acute middle maculopathy, in which a hyperreflective band is observed in the inner nuclear layer; and type 2, in which the hyperreflective band is located in the outer nuclear layer, involving the ellipsoid zone and the zone of interdigitation with the retinal pigment epithelium. Up to this moment, there is no cure; but it is possible to act on the risk factors. Because it is a rare condition and because there are no reports so far in Cuba, two patients with similar clinical pictures of these two variants are presented; concluding the importance of multimodal images as an auxiliary diagnostic tool(AU)

Abstract: Anesthesia depth monitors allow to guide the patient's hypnotic state during general anesthesia. Traditionally, anesthetic depth indices have been used due to their simplicity to guide the monitoring of the level of consciousness. They have been obtained by processing the electroencephalogram using mathematical algorithms and their benefits have been widely reported in the scientific literature. However, they are not exempt from important limitations. Neither all anesthetics act on the same molecular targets, nor these mentioned indices take into account the patient's own characteristics (comorbidities, extreme ages, etc.). These limitations could be far reduced if we are able to understand all the information provided by the monitors. We present a review describing the basic concepts necessary for its direct assessment, as well as their correlation with the patient's anesthetic depth states.

RESUMEN

Purpose: To establish normative data on anterior scleral thickness using the spectral domain anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS?OCT). Methods: In total, 200 eyes of 100 healthy subjects underwent AS?OCT scans in the temporal and nasal quadrants. The scleral + conjunctival complex thickness (SCT) was measured by a single examiner. Mean SCT was analyzed for differences across age groups, gender, and location (nasal versus temporal). Results: Mean age was 46.4 ± 18.3 (21–84) years; male to female ratio was 54:46. Mean SCT (nasal + temporal) of the right eye (RE) was 682.3 ± 64.2 ?m in males and 660.6 ± 57.1 ?m in females. In the left eye (LE), it was 684.6 ± 64.9 ?m in males and 661.8 ± 49.3 ?m in females. These differences between male and female for both eyes were statistically significant (P = 0.006 and P = 0.002). The mean SCT of temporal and nasal quadrants in the RE was 678.54 ± 57.50 and 666 ± 66.2 ?m, respectively. In the LE, the temporal mean SCT quadrant was 679.6 ± 55.8 ?m, and the nasal was 668.6 ± 63.6 ?m. Age had a negative correlation with SCT (?0.62 ?m/year; P = 0.03), and males had a higher temporal SCT than females (22 ?m higher; P = 0.03). After adjusting for age and gender in a multivariate analysis, temporal SCT was significantly (P < 0.001) higher than nasal SCT. Conclusion: In our study, mean SCT decreased with age and males had a higher temporal SCT. This is the first study to evaluate scleral thickness in the Indian population, and the data can be used as a baseline for comparing variations in scleral thickness in disease.

RESUMEN

The development of novel medications with previously unidentified action mechanisms is required due to the increasing in antibiotic resistance amongst dangerous microbes. The major goal of the research was to develop in silico and in vitro antibacterial methods for designing an active thiol substituted oxadiazole inhibitor targeting gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria's GlmS receptor. 1,3,4-Oxadiazole was proposed as a scaffold, and the possibility of its synthesis was examined. The least amount of free energy in the ligand configurations was chosen. Analyses of the novel molecules' characteristics were done using ADMET studies. There were four distinct reactions used in the synthesis processes. As the first reagent, substituted carboxylic acids were utilized. Synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral studies and minimum inhibitory concentration was evaluated by in vitro antibacterial examinations of synthesized compounds. Ciprofloxacin served as the study's reference drug. Based on in vitro studies and in silico molecular docking, ROS1-4 established strong binding energy, while ROS3 revealed significant antibacterial activity. These findings support the hypothesis that the proposed scaffold significantly inhibits the GlmS receptor protein.

RESUMEN

Background: Myopia is a common condition affecting a significant proportion of the pediatric population in Asian countries. Aim and Objectives: This study was undertaken to investigate the associations of optical coherence tomography measurements of macular volume and macular thickness with refractive error and axial length in Indian children. Materials and Methods: The prospective observational study was carried out at MRA Medical College, Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. We enrolled 300 consecutive cases (190 cases and 110 controls) of pediatric age group (6–18 years) between January 2015 and December 2018. Pearson’s correlation was performed with refractive errors, axial length, macular thickness, and volume. Results: Children with myopia (SE ?0.5–?4.57 D) tended to have smaller total macular volume and thinner macular thickness as, compared to control. The correlation of macular thickness and macular volume was analyzed with spherical equivalent (SE) and axial length. Macular thickness had negative correlation with SE and positive with axial length, correlation coefficients being observed as (r = ?0.886 and 0.880, P ? 0.001). Total macular volume correlated negatively with SE, (r= ?0.771, P ?0.001) and positively with axial length (r = 0.764, P ?0.001). Conclusion: Increasing axial myopia was associated with increased macular volume and thickness. It establishes the importance of the fact that refractive error should be considered in the interpretation of macular thickness.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the clinical value of quantitative parameters on spectral CT in predicting the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma manifesting as ground-glass nodules (GGN).Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 129 patients with pathologically confirmed lung adenocarcinoma who were surgically resected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, including 45 males and 84 females, aged from 33 to 81. According to the pathological results, they were divided into the minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA) group ( n=64) and the invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC) group ( n=65). All patients underwent enhanced spectral CT within two weeks before surgery. The iodine density map, Z-Effective (Z eff) map, and electron density (ED) map were reconstructed on the post-processing workstation, and the spectral parameters, including normalized iodine concentration (NIC), arterial enhancement fraction (AEF), Z eff, and ED were measured and calculated. Conventional CT features were analyzed, including maximum diameter, CT value, nodule types, margin, lobulation sign, spiculation sign, bubble sign, pleural retraction sign, abnormal vascular sign, and air bronchial sign. The clinical features, conventional CT characteristics and spectral CT parameters of two groups were compared using the independent sample t test, the Mann-Whitney U test, and the χ 2 test. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the independent risk factors of lung adenocarcinoma invasiveness, and the model was constructed. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to evaluate the performance of parameters and models in predicting the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma. Results:There were significant differences between the MIA group and IAC group in maximum diameter, CT value, nodule type, margin, spiculation sign, pleural retraction sign, air bronchial sign, venous phase NIC, AEF, venous phase Z eff, arterial phase ED, venous phase ED ( P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the maximum diameter (OR=1.183, 95%CI 1.062-1.318), CT value (OR=1.004, 95%CI 1.001-1.007), venous phase NIC (OR=1.185, 95%CI 1.083-1.298), AEF(OR=0.975, 95%CI 0.957-0.994), venous phase Z eff (OR=0.031, 95%CI 0.005-0.196) were independent influence factors for the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma. The conventional CT model was established with the maximum diameter and CT value, and the spectral CT model was established with venous phase NIC, AEF, and venous phase Z eff. The combined model was established with all the parameters above. Areas under the ROC curve of the conventional CT model, the spectral CT model, and the combined model for predicting the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma were 0.828, 0.854, and 0.902, respectively. Conclusion:The quantitative parameters of double-layer detector spectral CT can be used as an indicator to predict the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma manifesting as GGN, and AEF has the highest diagnostic efficacy. Spectral CT combined with conventional CT features can further improve the diagnostic efficiency.

RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the efficacy of quantitative parameters of dual-layer spectral CT in preoperative prediction of Ki-67 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022, 64 patients with histopathologically diagnosed ESCC were retrospectively analyzed at Liaoning Cancer Hospital & Institute. The expression level of Ki-67 in ESCC tumor tissue was detected by the immunohistochemical method. The patients were divided into the Ki-67 high expression group (the Ki-67 expression index≥30%, 47 cases) and the Ki-67 low expression group (the Ki-67 expression index<30%, 17 cases). The quantitative parameters of spectral CT were measured, including traditional 120 kVp CT value, 40 keV CT value, iodine density (ID), normalized iodine density (NID), and Z-effective in arterial and venous phases. Independent sample t test was used to compare the differences in the parameters between the Ki-67 high and low expression groups. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the efficacy of each parameter in predicting Ki-67 expression. DeLong test was used to compare the area under the curve (AUC). Results:The 120 kVp CT value, 40 keV CT value, ID, and Z-effective in the arterial phase and the 120 kVp CT value, 40 keV CT value, ID, NID, Z-effective in venous phase in the Ki-67 high expression group were all higher than those in the Ki-67 low expression group ( P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in arterial phase NID between the two groups ( t=1.85, P=0.070). NID in the venous phase had the highest AUC in predicting high expression of Ki-67 in ESCC (AUC=0.965, 95%CI 0.923-1.000). With a venous phase NID value of 0.28 as the diagnostic threshold, the sensitivity and specificity were 93.6% and 100%. There was no significant difference in AUC between venous phase NID and venous phase ID (AUC=0.926) and Z-effective (AUC=0.909) ( Z=-1.52, 1.81, P=0.128, 0.071), but there was a significant difference of AUC between venous phase NID and 120 kVp CT value (AUC=0.719) and 40 keV CT value (AUC=0.747) ( Z=3.41, 3.30, P=0.001, 0.001). There were statistical differences of AUC between venous phase NID and each parameter of arterial phase ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The three spectral CT parameters (ID, NID, and Z-effective) in the venous phase have high diagnostic efficacy in predicting ESCC Ki-67 expression.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the value of spectral CT based iodine concentration (IC) parameters for preoperative prediction of lymphovascular invasion (LVI) in gastric cancer. Methods:Between January 2021 and November 2021, 266 patients diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinomas by endoscopy and undergoing gastrectomy at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University were recruited prospectively. They were divided into LVI and non-LVI groups according to pathological reports. Triple phase contrasted enhanced CT scans, including arterial phase (AP), venous phase (VP) and delayed phase (DP) were performed on a spectral CT platform within one week before surgery. The IC of gastric cancer lesions at three enhanced phases were measured based on iodine maps, and the normalized IC (nIC) was calculated. The thickness of the tumor was measured. Clinicopathological features were collected, including ulceration, pathological tumor staging (pT), pathological node staging (pN), histodifferentiation, Lauren subtype, perineural invasion (PNI), positive node numbers and positive node ratio. Student′s t tes t or Mann-Whitney U test were used to compare the differences of continuous variables between the two groups, while Chi-square test or Fisher′s exact test was used for categorical data. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to screen independent risk factors of LVI, and to build a combined parameter based on risk factors. The receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was performed to determine the predictive efficacy of IC parameters and the combined parameter for LVI. DeLong′s test was used to compare the differences among different area under the curve (AUC). Results:There were statistical differences in tumor thickness, ulceration, pT, pN, histodifferentiation, positive node numbers, positive node ratio, Lauren subtype and PNI between LVI and non-LVI groups ( P<0.05). The values of IC VP, IC DP, nIC VP, nIC DP in LVI group were statistically higher than those in non-LVI group ( t=3.77, 4.23, 4.25, 6.12, all P<0.001), with the AUC (95%CI) of 0.674 (0.610-0.738), 0.677 (0.614-0.741), 0.731 (0.671-0.792), 0.700 (0.636-0.764) for predicting LVI, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that tumor thickness (OR=1.148, 95%CI 1.085-1.237, P<0.001) and nIC VP (OR=209.904, 95%CI 14.874-644.362, P<0.001) were independent predictors for LVI, the combined parameter incorporating these two factors yielded an AUC (95%CI) of 0.790 (0.736-0.937), which was statistically higher than any single parameter of IC VP, IC DP, nIC VP and nIC DP ( Z=3.07, 3.29, 2.10, 2.60, P=0.002, 0.001, 0.036, 0.009). Conclusion:The IC and nIC values of gastric cancer lesions derived from the VP and DP on spectral CT can effectively predict LVI status in gastric adenocarcinomas, and the combination of nIC VP and tumor thickness can further improve the predictive efficacy.

RESUMEN

Objective:The differential diagnosis of pulmonary artery sarcoma (PAS) and pulmonary embolism (PE) by double-detector spectral computerized tomography (CT) provides a new way to improve the detection rate of PAS and reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Methods:In the way of retrospective study, the Philips Nebula Workstation (ISP) was used to reconstruct electron density map, iodine density map and spectral curve in the spectral CT plain scan and enhancement of the PAS patient. In the plain scan image, the low density areas of the ascending aorta and the right pulmonary trunk were selected to measure their electronic density values. In the chest enhancement image, the iodine density of PAS area and PE area were measured respectively, and the spectral curves of PSA area and PE area were compared. Results:The electron density of the ascending aorta and the right pulmonary trunk in the low density area of the PAS patient during the plain scan of spectral CT were 104.4% EDW (relative to the percentage of the electron density of water) and 102.2% EDW, respectively, which were lower than those in the normal ascending aorta area. The fusion image of mixed energy and electron density clearly reflected the scope of the lesion. The iodine density in PAS area was 1.89 mg/ml, and the iodine density in PE area was 0.03 mg/ml during the enhancement phase. The iodine uptake in PAS area was significantly higher than that in PE area. The slope of PAS region was 2.08, and the slope of PE region was -1.86. The slopes of the two spectral curves were inconsistent. Conclusions:The electronic density, iodine density and spectral curve measured by double-detector spectral CT may provide powerful imaging basis for the diagnosis of PAS and the differentiation of PAS from PE, which is helpful for the early diagnosis of the lesions, and also provide basis for the biopsy location of the mixed lesions of PAS and PE.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the synchronized feature patterns of local field potentials in the hippocampus (HPC) and prefrontal cortex (PFC) during working memory based on time-varying spectral coherence so as to support the study of information processing mechanisms in working memory. Methods:The local field potentials (LFPs) signals of the ventral hippocampus (vHPC) and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) were collected from six SD rats during the performance of a spatial working memory task in the Y-maze, and the time-frequency distributions of vHPC and mPFC LFPs were calculated by applying the short-time Fourier transform (STFT) to determine the characteristic frequency bands of the working memory and then to investigate the synchronized patterns of vHPC and mPFC LFPs based on the coherent of the time-varying frequency spectrum. Finally, support vector machines were applied to explore the feasibility of applying spectral coherence values to predict working memory. Results:When rats performed working memory tasks correctly, the energy of the theta band (4 - 12 Hz) of the HPC and PFC increased (all P < 0.01), and the spectral coherence value of the theta band of the HPC-PFC increased ( P < 0.05). Support vector machine training and prediction using the average peak spectral coherence and the difference between the peak and the onset when correctly and incorrectly executing the working memory as features resulted in 89% accuracy, 90% precision, 88% recall, and 88% F1 scores, all of which were statistically significant differences compared to the results of the randomly disrupted labeled data rearranging (all P < 0.05). Conclusions:Synchronized synergy in the HPC-PFC theta band is one of the potential mechanisms for correctly performing information processing in working memory.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the effect of smart air cell mattresses on sleep quality. Methods:Twenty healthy young people were enrolled as subjects, and each subject underwent a four-night polysomnographic monitoring experiment, including two nights each on a smart air cell mattress and a general mattress. The differences in sleep quality were compared by self-assessment of sleep quality, objective sleep indicators, and electroencephalogram (EEG) spectral analysis. Results:In the comparison between the smart air cell mattress and the general mattress, the differences in self-assessment of sleep quality and objective sleep indicators were not statistically significant (all P > 0.05), but the smart air cell mattress had a slight overall advantage. The relative power of EEG in the low-frequency band and the relative power of EEG in the high-frequency band were higher in the subjects with the smart air cell mattress. Conclusions:For the healthy young population, the smart air cell mattress can positively influence sleep quality to some extent, and the change in EEG relative power indicates an increase in sleep depth.

RESUMEN

Aim To explore the material basis of anti-tumor effect of Compound Muji Granules. Methods The anti-tumor pharmacodynamics of Compound Muji Granules in vitro was studied by microfluidic chip technology. The fingerprint of Compound Muji Granules was established by HPLC. The "Spectrum-Material-Effect" of Compound Muji Granules was analyzed by grey correlation analysis, partial least squares regression analysis and network pharmacology approach. Results Seven batches of Compound Muji Granules with different extraction methods were successfully established. The results of grey correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Compound Muji Granules and 7 of the 14 components with pharmacodynamic correlation coefficient >0.80. The contribution of anti liver tumor was peak number 48(luteolin)>6(gallic acid)>19(chlorogenic acid)>59(quercetin)>67(kaempferol)>65(naringin)>38(ellagic acid),in that order. Conclusions Through the establishment of "Spectrum-Material-Effect" research method,it is clear that the above seven active monomers may be the anti-tumor material basis of Compound Muji Granules.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo perform a predictive analysis of the quality marker(Q-Marker) for the anticoagulant activity of Kunning granules. MethodThe chemical components of Kunning granules were analyzed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-25 mmol∙L-1 ammonium acetate aqueous solution(B) for gradient elution (0-5 min, 5%-22%A; 5-10 min, 22%-30%A; 10-15 min, 30%-95%A; 15-20 min, 95%-5%A; 20-30 min, 5%A), flow rate of 0.2 mL∙min-1, column temperature at 30 ℃, injection volume of 1 μL, electrospray ionization(ESI), positive and negative ion detection modes. Interaction analysis between the targets of chemical components and the targets of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB) was performed by network pharmacology, and the key components were screened through network topology analysis. The fingerprints of 10 batches of Kunning granules were established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the anticoagulant activity of the granules was determined by blood coagulation method and fibrinogen plate method, and the spectrum-effective relationship was established. The components co-occurring in the topological analysis and spectrum-effective relationship were selected as Q-Markers, and their anticoagulant activities were verified and confirmed. ResultA total of 475 chemical components were identified from Kunning Granule, of which 22 key components such as salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin, naringin and neohesperidin, were the potential material basis for the treatment of AUB. The spectrum-effective analysis showed that peaks 7(paeoniflorin), 9(naringin), 10(neohesperidin) and 11(salvianolic acid B) were the optimal principal components, and in vitro activity test showed that these four components could better characterize their anticoagulant activity. ConclusionSalvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin, neohesperidin and naringin may be Q-Markers for the anticoagulant activity of Kunning granules.

RESUMEN

The method of using deep learning technology to realize automatic sleep staging needs a lot of data support, and its computational complexity is also high. In this paper, an automatic sleep staging method based on power spectral density (PSD) and random forest is proposed. Firstly, the PSDs of six characteristic waves (K complex wave, δ wave, θ wave, α wave, spindle wave, β wave) in electroencephalogram (EEG) signals were extracted as the classification features, and then five sleep states (W, N1, N2, N3, REM) were automatically classified by random forest classifier. The whole night sleep EEG data of healthy subjects in the Sleep-EDF database were used as experimental data. The effects of using different EEG signals (Fpz-Cz single channel, Pz-Oz single channel, Fpz-Cz + Pz-Oz dual channel), different classifiers (random forest, adaptive boost, gradient boost, Gaussian naïve Bayes, decision tree, K-nearest neighbor), and different training and test set divisions (2-fold cross-validation, 5-fold cross-validation, 10-fold cross-validation, single subject) on the classification effect were compared. The experimental results showed that the effect was the best when the input was Pz-Oz single-channel EEG signal and the random forest classifier was used, no matter how the training set and test set were transformed, the classification accuracy was above 90.79%. The overall classification accuracy, macro average F1 value, and Kappa coefficient could reach 91.94%, 73.2% and 0.845 respectively at the highest, which proved that this method was effective and not susceptible to data volume, and had good stability. Compared with the existing research, our method is more accurate and simpler, and is suitable for automation.
