RESUMEN
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the determination of total alkaloid in cultivated BulBus Fritillariae Cirrhosae. METHODS:Spectrophotography was used to determine the content of total alkaloids with kashmirine as control,bromocresol green as colored indicator at detection wavelength of 416 nm. RESULTS:The linear range of kashmirine were 4.5～14.5 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 98.76%(RSD=2.5%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and relia-ble for the quality control of cultivated BulBus Fritillariae Cirrhosae.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare Shangyangyu gel and establish a standard for its quality.METHODS:Shangyangyu gel was prepared using carbamer 940 as matrix.Its content was identified by spectrophotography,with the wavelength set at 516nm,and its other compositions were determined by TLC.RESULTS:The concentration of L-shikonin had good linear correlation with absorbance in the range of 8.048～ 40.24? g? mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 99.45%(RSD=1.13%).CONCLUSION:This method for preparation of Shangyangyu gel was simple in technique and the standard can be used for the quality control.
RESUMEN
Objective: To establish the determination of alkaloids in Pericarpium Papaveris. Method: Adopting the bromocresol green as colored indicator, alkaloids in Pericarpium Papaveris were measured by visible spectrophotography. Results: The average recovery was 101.2%, the RSD was 2.46%.Conclusion: There are big difference in batchs, we should enhance the quality control of Pericarpium Papaveris.
