Objective:In order to improve the staff's ability to deal with public health emergencies, a third-class hospital in Beijing has made efforts to improve the emergency response ability of all staff members to achieve zero infection, and to carry out vocational training and assessment of all staff.Methods:The instructional system design (ISD) model system is used to design the training course. The online learning, electronic examination paper assessment and on-site training of people in the hospital were analyzed by Excel and SPSS 22.0.Results:After training, the average scores of trainees increased from 84 points to 100 points, and the average answering time was shortened from 308 s to 179 s. There were differences in the assessment scores before and after training for personnel with different professional titles, and there were differences in the assessment scores before and after training for personnel between different departments.Conclusion:In case of public health emergency, it is necessary to train and assess the whole staff. The application of ISD model is helpful to make training plan quickly. The application of online learning assessment is the first effective way of emergency training.

A workshop entitled "Health Literacy Primer: Enhancing Patients' Skills to Promote Their Good Health" was held during the 30th Family Medicine Summer Seminar for medical students and residents by the Japanese Primary Care Association. Participants carried out four group activities to learn about health literacy. First, participants watched a skit of a conversation between two women with low health literacy to recognize the importance of promoting health literacy among citizens. Second, they practiced evaluating the reliability of health information based on the Health on the Net (HON) Code and "How to read health news" published by the British National Health Service. Third, they conducted medical interviews with patients who had brought documents containing questionable health information. Fourth, they practiced interviewing citizens with a low literacy in healthcare matters using the "teach back" technique and "Ask Me 3" questions. Many participants stated that our workshop was satisfying and understandable. We think it is necessary to hold such workshops to establish the concept of health literacy in our country, especially in the field of healthcare. In this report, we summarize the content of our workshop, and discuss future objectives for spreading and developing health literacy in Japan.

This paper introduced the logical framework of the new healthcare system reform pathway design and typical practical experience in Hangzhou.Known for " Internet+Smart healthcare" forerunner, Hangzhou has pioneered the reform of public hospitals and the construction of smart handy service for the public.With the aim of fully protecting the health rights and interests of urban and rural residents, comprehensive policy has been taken to deepen the reform of public hospitals; with the comprehensive promotion of contracted services and the primary level sharing of resources as a carrier, we will build a hierarchical medical service system of vertical linkage.We will also innovate and practice the governing philosophy of " Medicine has its limitations but we have the courage to overcome, service is boundaryless and we must pursue excellence".Promotion of party building in the industry also ranks high.Deepening the reform of " one visit for all" in the field of medical and health services as a measure to enhance people′s sense of gain; The " public-private partnership" to encourage the development of the social governance system and legalization in healthcare proves successful at this stage. However, there are still many challenges in the information security maintenance of smart healthcare, the balance of stakeholder interests in public hospitals, the all-round advancement of hierarchical medical service, standardizing and streamlining the reform of " one visit for all".

Surgery management is key to surgical quality control. The authors presented the IT system design for surgery anesthesia of the children′s hospital of Fudan University, featuring all-process information support by means of IT development and process reengineering. Such a process comprises perioperative patient handover, medication, surgical safety check, and intraoperative care. This surgery anesthesia system development has interconnected hospital information systems within and beyond operation rooms in terms of informationization. It proves that the system can effectively enhance safety and convenience of surgery related works and supervision, reducing error exposure of surgical operations and ensuring patient safety.

Objective:To construct a medical records management system based on document database so as to promote standardization of medical records management and improve management efficiency.Methods:Microsoft.Net platform and SQL SERVER database were selected, and three-tier framework of.Net webservic was adopted to design a medical records management system which contained three modules included filing, review and system management for medical records and which based on document database.Results:The application of this system significantly reduced the operational process of manual business of the staffs, and optimized the workflow, and extremely improved the work efficiency and significantly increased the utilization rate of medical records.Conclusion:The application of medical records management system based on document database not only can improve the work efficiency of staff but also can make better use of medical records, and better promote information construction and improvement of medical service quality of hospital.

This article describes how to develop a practical new type of digital heart sound signal detection device that can achieve quantitative and accurate capture of human heart sounds and records. According to the mechanism and characteristics of the heart sound signal, the goal of this system design is to set the platform. The system uses a contact-type piezoelectric film microphone, which can effectively pick up the effective frequency band of the heart sound, then amplify and filter the collected original signal, and perform preliminary verification on the system to obtain the desired heart sound signal.

Objective The detailed analysis of the surveillance in post extreme emergencies and disasters (SPEED) provides practical reference for China to establish a disaster medical rescue information monitoring system with Chinese characteristics. Methods The SPEED system under the scene of disaster medical rescue information monitoring is analyzed in detail. The SPEED system design, work flows, system implementation and other aspects are analyzed and summarized in this paper, and suggests the enlightenment of SPEED system for Chinese disaster medical rescue information monitoring work. Results The SPEED system is an information monitoring system for the early stages of disasters. It provides monitoring for diseases caused by disasters, and life and health trends. It has a complete data collection mechanism, a comprehensive personnel training system, a complete system function, and an implementation strategy involving multi-layer, multi-region, and multi -sector. It is a powerful tool for disaster medical rescue and management personnel to obtain information in time. In the field of disaster medical rescue, a similar public-facing information monitoring system in China is still not perfect. Conclusion Learning the design flows and establishment mode of the SPEED system can provide reference for China to establish a disaster medical rescue information monitoring system with Chinese characteristics.

Based on the client / server architecture, the data reporting system for Chinese materia medica resources survey has been established for reporting system application model of geospatial data service based on Web implementation, through the SOA framework, to achieve the data collection summary of the seven aspects of the local data configuration, data reporting, data verification, data reporting, PDA data import and export, APP data import, track instrument data import. The system services include the general investigation, the focus of investigation, specimen information, herbs sample information, market research, germplasm survey, traditional knowledge survey of these seven aspects of the 312 indicators of the report, serving the Chinese materia medica resource survey of field survey data collection and internal data collation.
