Method: prospective and comparative research, conducted in a public hospital in São Paulo, in 2021, with 68 professionals. A questionnaire on cardiorespiratory arrest before and after training was applied for comparison. Results: most professionals recognize the classic signs of cardiorespiratory arrest and the correct sequence of care, however, had difficulty identifying the shockable rhythms and actions after defibrillation. The average number of correct answers before and after the training was 43.65 and 66.11, respectively, and corroborates the effectiveness of the educational action. Conclusion: it is extremely relevant to systematically offer training to the team in order to ensure safer and more effective care.

Objective To discuss the effects of simulation -based team training on early adaptation and stress in patients with permanent intestinal stoma. Methods 164 patients with permanent intestinal stoma were divided into control group(82 cases)and intervention group(82 cases). In control group, routine peri -operational health education was adopted, while in intervention group, health education based simulation -based team training was adopted. Then, the intervention effects of ostomy adjustment inventory and stress distress were evaluated. Results After the intervention, there was significant difference between two groups at the level of ostomy adjustment inventory and stress distress(all P <0.05).Conclusion The simulation -based team training could increase the level of ostomy adjust-ment inventory, but reduce the level of stress distress.
RESUMEN
This paper summarizes the experience of team training mode in nursing safety management.①Train key members, using case exercises of simulated teaching method and cross-departmental、cross-disciplinary;②The key members of nursing is responsible for the training of the medical staff, and as an observer in the department, observe the practical application of the team training mode;③Build team structure and master four important skills (communication, leadership, monitoring and mutual assistance);④Apply team training mode to nursing safety man-agement. After practice of one year, compare the incidence of safety changes of the observers and nursing adverse events before and after the training. In nursing staff cognition, the changes of team composition with leadership,vigi-lance,cooperation and effective communication,it is statistically significant for the team collaboration, security atmo-sphere,management perception, stress perception, and job satisfaction in the safety attitude scale(P<0.05),fell by 31.3%in the incidence of nursing adverse events. It is believed that the team training mode can improve the knowledge, attitude and execution of the nurses, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events, and ensure the patient's safety.

Background & Objectives: HIV counselling and testing services are a key entry point to prevention of HIV infection, and to treatment and care of people who are infected with HIV. In Gujarat at present 308 ICTC are functioning out of them 19 are functioning in Bhavnagar District. ICTC team training produce skilled personnel who can identify their client problems, are well informed and can provide high quality HIV related services so the objective of this study is to study knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS & Counselling amongst staff of ICTC running in Bhavnagar District. Methods: This was a cross sectional study conducted among participant of ICTC team Training during April 2011-May 2011. Results: The knowledge of participant regarding HIV/AIDS and Counselling aspects improved significantly after intervention. Interpretation & Conclusion: The informative & educable intervention definitely has a positive effect on awareness levels which would eventually encourage expansion of knowledge & help in improve the skill of counselling and positive attitude towards the client coming at different ICTC centre and increase the service utilization by client so this type of inductive training for newly appointed health care workers and refresher training for health workers, who employed longer than one year should be organized on regular basis for effectively utilization of ICTC.
As the availability of sophisticated communication technologies continues to grow, distributed teams will become even more pervasive in organizations. In this context, organizations and consequently work teams have incorporated the use of information technology and communication as support and means of their operations. Therefore, virtual work has progressively been increasing, with the requirement of specific demands for competence at individual or teamwork levels. This exploratory study focuses on the necessity of training derived from the problems or challenges virtual team members encounter in technology-mediated working environments in a context of geographical dispersion. It goes on to propose a guide of general character for training programs to strengthen or minimize the same. Data was then collected from 72 individuals who comprised a total of 15 virtual teams from thirteen companies. The results indicate that a number of group process-related issues were the participantsâ primary concerns. Regarding these results and the conclusions of previous research, a basic training guide is proposed.
